Reviews on Italian food in Paarl, Western Cape, South Africa. Sipping your way across the Paarl Wine Route is one of the most enjoyable ways to experience this South African town. Besides being part of the Cape Winelands region, Paarl is the place where the Afrikaans language was developed, a linguistic feat that’s commemorated by a dramatic monument. Cheer on your favorite pony at the Polo Club or hit the links at one of the area’s many beautiful golf courses.

ColâCacchio Paarl is an elegantly Italian pizzeria. Weâre all about thin based pizzas, gourmet pastas, and freshly prepared salads.
We were there pre Christmas 2018 and it was one of teh few reataurants open in Franschoek but frankly you would be better off driving further in to town and finding another place.Service was slow and unresponsive and when the food eventually did arrive it would have been better it did not come at allThe menu and pictures are great and mouthwatering but the food does not live up to the pictures sadlyHello Geoffjoan,That is very disappointing to hear, our apologies for your negative experience with us. We would like to investigate this right away. Please, may you send your contact details with a copy of this review to [email protected]? Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention.Kind regards, Team ColâCacchio

Located at the Polo pavilion, overlooking the pristine polo fields, the renowned Polo Club Restaurant and Black Bar offers spectacular views of the polo fields and mountain ranges paired with a unique dining experience.
I feel the prices are ridiculously expensive for extremely small portions. Waiters are somewhat rude . The vibe is quite snobby! The vibe one gets from some of the staff is very condescending. With snarky comments under their breath made towards us as customers sometimes.... not appreciated. ( look Iâm not saying itâs everyone that works here, itâs purely my opinion)

In the world of catering where standards are just references, where menus are soulless lists but with numbers, where walls are covered with noisy televisions, and where even dishes have lost delicate taste and their beauty when introduced⦠just leave this default world and come to discover something else at Giuseppe's.If you have had the chance to spend a few hours for a lunch with family or friends, you will definitely join the clan of refined people who seek the spirit of great chefs, the true hospitality as the unavoidable protocol, the table for privacy in a cozy and eclectic atmosphere, the taste of Italy in all its splendour, the stoppage of time to rediscover the manners and the respect of the good cuisine.

Large menu with specials on the wall. Heavy concentration on pizzas and steaks. In view of the main course options, I thought the starters needed increasing. Service slow but top class waiter.

The outside sitting area is very informal and pleasant to just "do your thing". The service is good and the food okay. Their pizzas are great.

This spot has a well-deserved long-standing reputation. Expect to find consistent food (that ever-elusive ingredient to success) and friendly, efficient service thanks to the personal care of the owner, Olivier, and his family team. This popular Paarl res
Had an enjoyable lunch with the great service of Leticia and owner Olivier. Leticiaâs friendliness coupled with Olivierâs attentiveness to details really made our lunch taste even better. We ordered the Duo of Tuna, Brandy Bisque Soup, Prawn Risotto and Spicy seafood spaghetti. Everything was delicious but my wife and I were exceptionally blown away by the Duo of Tuna! It was so amazing and concluded that no other restaurant will be able to do this. A must try if you ever visit them! Will definitely return to this restaurant if I ever get to visit Capetown again!è¿éçæå¡å¾å¥½ãä¸è¥¿ä¹ççå¾å¥½å! ææºä¼ä¸å®è¦å°è¯!
