Waren dort zum Abendessen. Empfang war überaus freundlich. Wir hatten frittierten Mozarella auf Salat und Babycalamari mit Gemüse, bzw. Knoblauchspaghetti. Beide Gerichte waren sehr gut zubereitet. Auch die Optik, bzw. Präsentation war wundervoll. Was auch für den Nachtisch, ein wundervolles Tiramisu galt. Bravo - gut gemacht! Einzig, ich hätte es noch schön gefunden, wenn die aktuellen Tagesangebote irgendwo angeschrieben worden wären und nicht nur vom sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Ober angepriesen worden wären. No need to eat elsewhere. Stayed here for 4 nights and the food was fresh, local, and well presented. Great staff, nice outdoor seating area and a modern glass conservatory to eat in or a cosy stube area. Accomodation with breakfast was a bargain and the breakfast had plenty of variety. The Charivaris had a mix traditional and modern decoration, our room (1) had a nice large bathroom with awesome shower. Access to a large rear veranda was good to look at views or just read a book, sadly too busy to do either as it's location was good to get out an about. In summary it's a small hotel and restaurant punching at the weight of a large hotel.

There came a dish that wowed me as it arrived with a generous amount of sliced truffle flakes. Dug into it and regretted not taking a picture of it. Presentation is half the pleasure. My wife's seafood pasta was amazing, just wondered how they managed to get fresh tasting seafood to the northern side of the Alps. Not to forget the owner's warm welcome. 5 stars well deserved

After a few days in Bavaria, my husband and I decided to branch out from the local cuisine in search of some pizza. The Italian staff was friendly and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. We ordered a salad and two pizzas. The salad was simple and perhaps a bit too overdressed with an oil and vinegar dressing. The first pizza had tuna, shrimp and onions. I thought it was a good pizza but the second one was my favorite. The second pizza had ham, artichokes, and olives. Both pizzas had a perfect crust which was not too thin, not too thick and was crisped just right. The waiter ended our meal with a shot of wine from his hometown on the house. It made me wish I was in Italy to get more food like it! I highly recommend going if you are looking for Italian food in Bavaria!

This place is amazing! True Italians making real Italian pizza. The house red wine is also very good and very cheap. The prices are cheap and the pizzas are delicious. A must try for pizza lovers in Sonthofen! I highly recommend.

We didn't really expect too much but this Pizzeria was exciting. Very good side salad, perfect seafood pasta and a delicious pizza. The house wine was very good! We will be back again, definitely! Although the team supports Juve by heart they show several bottles of wine, labeled Bayern Munich.

Wir waren an einem Freitagabend zu siebt im Cortina essen gewesen. Das Service Team war freundlich und schnell. Alle Vorspeisen und Getränke hat jeder von uns zügig vor sich stehen. Die Pizzen waren alle im Holzofen gebacken, was man auch geschmeckt hat. Auch die Portionen beim Steak waren sehr üppig. Wer seine Pizza nicht ganz geschafft hatte, dem würde angeboten sie einpacken zunlassen zum mitnehmen. Alles in allem kann ich die schlechten vorherigen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und ich kann es absolut weiterempfehlen.

My wife and me went to the Inizio are really liked it. It's run by the appretices of the next door Sonnenalp. You really feel that they like what they do and have that special enthusiasm about it. The food was good with two minor issues (the bruchette soaked by the salat dressing and a little saltyness in the sauce) but we really enjoyed the evening and will come back once we are in that area.have a go and see yourself
