Rosa is the best place for sharing pastas: the 6 tries of pastas are amazing even though the service brings you the plates all at once, the pastas get cold and lose their flavour. Please slow down!!!However the price is extremely affordable.

Suberb set menu (7 courses), with a variety of wines which were expertly chosen for each course. Fine selection of local production served in fantantatic old mill house. This is very high on my list of European food experiences. I hope you enjoy as much as I did.

I found this restaurant, or rather agriturismo on trip advisor although have now discovered that many from out of the area get to the agriturismo via the various groupon formulas that they offer.The restaurant offers manues alla carte or those linked to groupon vouchers. The groupon vouchers offer menues of anti pasti which are less rich than the one that we had with meat or a menue that comprends just all the pasta you can eat - various sauces with anti pasti and wine, water and dessert and just coffee. A great deal as for two people you would spend around 20 euros.I never go for this type of choice as i prefer to eat what i like and not be forced into pasta or meat as i am intollerant to pasta.WE ATE - 3 ANTI PASTI- parma ham, salami, local cold cuts, mozzarella, ricotta and potatoe with cheese x 2 and a white bean soup and also a soup made with greens and beans.We had a litre of wine and a litre of water bought to the table with bread and also tomato bruschetta.My husband and my daughter had pasta - fusilli with cream and black truffles and orrecchiete pasta with pumpkin and mushrooms and i had a plate of the greens with beans.We had grilled meats, lamb, sausage and veal steak, salad and chips hand cut, two slices of apricot pie, a huge plate of cheese for me followed by two grappas and 4 coffeesprice 80 euros coming out at around 27 euros a head.The groupon formula comes out at 10 euros a head but there is not plate of ham or cheese and no first or second course depending on what you have - if you add the plate of anti pasto then it totals up to around 15 then with the plate of meat or pasta you would arrive easily at 25 - 27 euros per head so it all works out honestly.I will certainly come back again as i loved the tastes, ususally i never even touch the potatoe plates, but i tasted them and they were delicious, never eat sausage but these were so well grilled and so lean that i just could not resist and was glad i ate what i did - the cheese was absolutely delicious and the slice of pie was big and I am assured to die for.We had a good time and no one that was there when we arrived made a move to leave!!!!! Only negative point, the service was a little slow and confusing to the wait staff I am sure as most of the restaurant were using the vouchers - only good thing that comes out of this is the pasta came out piping hot and not pre cooked as they were constantly on the go and offered 5 types of sauces so you got served freshout of the pan!!! We had the pleasure to stop by the fenice with friends and Marco, the restaurant manager, offered us to taste his delicious hamburger home made with truffle sauce, melted local mozzarella and veggies ! What a great taste ! It was actually the best Italian burger I ever tasted ! The restaurant was full... probably the best one for pizza, barbecues and meat ! Lots of local and delicious products We were even offered a local digestive What a wonderful and amazing experience ! Thank you :)
