Che dire: delusione totale. Personale totalmente impreparato al lavoro, confusionario e distratto. Ad Ogni nostra richiesta, dal menù a delle semplici informazioni sullo svolgimento della serata ci veniva risposto " ora chiedo" per poi sparire... Cibo: siamo capitati in una serata a menù fisso e senza che ci venisse data alcuna spiegazione ci hanno portato degli assaggi tipo antipasti. Una micro capunatina, qualche fritto, del vino e qualche altro stuzzichino e alla fine il conto... â¬100 in 4 per mangiare niente.. Delle persone che erano venute prima di noi, completamente ignorati, dopo 20 minuti si sono alzate ed andate via nell'indifferenza del personale. In sostanza, appena finita questa enorme delusione siamo andati a mangiare un panino in un furgoncino poco lontano.... In pratica il panino da 3,50⬠mi ha salvato la serata. Mai più...

If anyone wants to experience authentic Sicily near the sea, this place is a MUST.Everything happens slowly. No rush, no worries. It seems that the heat affected the personal´s perception of the surroundings and guests.Due to poor service and a long, long wait for food, I can not assess this restaurant with more than average, but I would definitely recommend it, if you want to taste good, homemade and cheap food, with the prerequisite that you are not in any hurry.

We are used to eat sea food in some fancy good places, but this restaurant was a totally opposite, but a big big surprise. As simple as this place is, so simple is the food, but every dish we tasted was out of this world. In our opinion this restaurant is preparing the food directly of the sea, in front of your eyes, so more fresh could not be even possible. Owner more than freindly. Even if we did not speak italian, he gave us home made non-distilled extra vergine olive oil (to die for), capers, lemons, all home grown for a present. We can in sum honestly say that freshness and authenticy of this food can easily be compared to some fancy and very expensive places and with food out of this world you can easy forget that you are sitting in a simple beach trattoria with simple chairs and decoration. We can not wait to be back!

à la prima volta che ci fermiamo presso un chiosco di panini... in quanto data lâora molto tarda non è stato possibile sederci ad alcun ristorante perché tutti già chiusi. Con vero piacere abbiamo potuto assaggiare i panini preparati da Chicco e dai suoi aiutanti molto vari e tutti con materie prime e genuine. Il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo così come la scelta delle birre che è varia ed articolata. Consigliato anche per la cortesia del titolare e dei suoi dipendenti

Small but intensely good, this little trattoria, just off the sea front in unprententious Nizza serves locally caught fish with gusto. The seafood linguini is a winner, the best I've had but leave space for the stuffed swordfish and fit in the grilled calimari, if you have room. Practise your Italian with the family while you digest. Much more genuine than Taormina and better value. Enjoy!

This appears to be a restaurant in a butcherâs shop, which it is. However, donât let that turn you off. The staff were great, one speaking good English & the butcher happy to show cuts of meat etc. We had a fantastic starter which was the Sicilian equivalent of Tapas. Apart from the normal cold meats there was plenty of other very interesting items. We ordered 3 portions for 6 people which was more than enough. Some made the obvious choice of ordering Steak which were all excellent, even the chicken curry was very good. This is a really nice change from the normal, good value, great service & food. Highly recommend.Thank you very much for your great rewiew. We hope to see you soon
