Good pizza, nice service. Salad was very good. Nice outside seating. Reasonably priced. Happy hour from 7 Pm. Also have selection of pastas.

My wife and I ate here 2 years ago and were very impressed with the pizzas. This time, we ordered a la carte: first a shared salad, followed by grilled calamari for me and ravioli for my wife. The salad was great, the calamari very good and the ravioli not-so-great. The ravioli came served with a salad on top, which lent a bitter a taste to the ravioli. Meanwhile, at the adjoining tables, people were enjoying their amazing looking pizzas. We will return, but next time we'll stick to the pizzas.

Having traveled to France for many years now, something I have noticed in the past is a lack of really decent authentic pizza, despite areas being so close to the border with Italy. Nimes, while not overly close to Italy, has a gem here in terms of supplying a more authentic pizza. It pays to bring in fresher ingredients and give more attention to the dough, rather than treating it as a carrier for the toppings, and this is evident at Pizza di Roma.

Already recommended on Trip Advisor, they have a great selection of wines, good location in the best square in town, excellent service and chacuterie and cheese platters on offer for those who want more than a drink. Loved the wooden tables and umbrellas outside. Must go location for visitors to Nimes

Great gelato in Nîmes. We tried the white chocolate, hazelnut, coffee and salted caramel, all of which were good. Prices reasonable for gelato, especially compared to other local places (Amorino)- â¬7 for a two scoop tub and a two scoop cone. Would recommend if in the area. Thank you very much

Italian restaurant with directly imported products, wines and alcools. All meals are home made by the Chef.
We had a great Italian lunch in this tiny Italian deli/bistro in one of the prettiest streets in Nimes. One chef, one waitress and one barman but they handled a busy lunch crowd very well. One of the best risottos I've had and not overpriced.
