The waiters barely spoke French. In this expensive priced restaurant you need to have staff that speak the basic language regardless what type of restaurant it is. Secondly, was disappointed with the food, and service. I was quite disappointed for what it was. I did enjoy highly the carpaccio and the wine was great.

We had an early dinner here after playing minigolf adjacent to the cafe. The service was good depending on the member of staff. The hamburgers were great but the pasta was mediocre. Prices for both were very reasonable. The view of the lake is great. OK for a quick snack. I wouldn't come here expecting excellent dining.

Freshly cooked "piadine" and "tigelle", stuffed with very high quality Italian regional ingredients (Parma and San Daniele ham, lard from Tuscany and many regional cheeses).It's not a restaurant at the moment, as only long tables for standup eating are available. Talking to the owner, it looks like he has plans to enlarge the available space to an adjacent room where tables will be placed, but for a later stage. In the current setup is a healthier and tastier alternative to other fast foods.Vegetarian options available.Typical Italian breakfast pastry, daily baked, is also served for the perfect "cappuccino e brioche".The best Italian coffee (caffè espresso) in town.

En après midi avec dés amies ont c est arrêté pour prendre un café, aceuille chaleureux est service rapide est courtois. Une amies a prix une pâtisserie, tres tres bonnes. A recommander.

I have been to this restaurant (specialised in Italian dishes) many times and have never been disappointed - the patron is very friendly and attentive as are the staff and the prices are reasonable. I almost invariably have one of their excellent pizzas and very often order them to take away.

I had the homemade green pesto, delicious and at under 10chf, great value for a quick meal! There's also an outdoor patio which makes it a great summer stop in my opinion.

This absolutely the best Italian Restaurant in Neuchatel and probably in 250km around.... the fresh pasta is delicisous and the meat can be eaten with the lips!!! we should add it on Trip Advisor!

This was a great recommendation from our hotel. It's a lovely restaurant right in the heart of old town with tables outside next to a beautiful fountain and beneath the old clock tower. The food was excellent and the service was friendly and attentive. Our waitress took the time to translate the entire menu for us non French speaking folks. We were offered the opportunity to move inside when it began sprinkling but sitting outside in the old town with the lit up buildings is just magical.

Discovered the place with friends after some local concerts and later in the evening (real Italian style). They still offered excellent Pizzas or Pasta and Salads in a cosy family style restaurant. The location is not well placed at an outward road from down-town but once you are in and served, you will enjoy.

When entering for lunch (around 1PM) the place was jam-packed; and now I understand why. A true authentic Italian experience. Food selection is very wide, staff is super sympathetic. Food quality and price are both top. When feeling like pasta or pizza, you wonât be disappointed.
