The population of Nampa was 81,557 at the 2010 census making it the second-most populous city in Idaho. Nampa is located about 20 miles (32 km) west of Boise along Interstate 84, and six miles (10 km) west of Meridian. Nampa is the second principal city of the Boise-Nampa metropolitan area. The name "Nampa" may have come from a Shoshoni word meaning either moccasin or footprint.

For our anniverdary celebration, we chose dinner at this restaurant. It was our first time at this location. We were seated immediately (just before 5PM) and enjoyed some of the best service we have had at any restaurant. Our food was a bit slow coming, but the waitress let us know and apologized. Nothing worse than waiting and not knowing why. Anyway, my chicken parmesan was excellent, although I do prefer more sauce on the spaghetti. A big enough portion that I could only eat half, allowing me to take home some for another meal. My wife's shrimp scampi was very good, although the included asparagus were a bit too crunchy for her taste. The salad and breadsticks were excellent, as always. A well run and clean restaurant, with good to great food. The prices seem a bit high on some items, and there are no prices listed on beverage items in the menu. Big no-no there, so therefore no 5 star rating overall.

Small Italian Restaurant with outside patio.Recipes date back to my Sicilian Family since 1949.Pizza(NY style),Pastas,calzones,fresh baked rolls,Sicilian garlic bread,fresh made salads and soups.Italian Beers and Great wines!

Don't know how we missed this place. I asked how long they had been open and she said 7-8 years. We had a small combination pizza and small salads with a bottle of wine. All the ingredients were fresh and the pizza crust was not too thick. Just the way we like it. It's a nice small place with great atmosphere, great food and great service. This is going to be at the top of our list when dining in Nampa from now on. There are many other things on the menu we need to try.

Here is the rundown:Greeting and seating: On the three visits since the last review, I found the staff to be very friendly. They helped us find a good spot for my walker equipped spouse. Service: very good! We were contacted and had our drinks immediately. The orders were taken accurately. Food: My wife loves the French Dip. I enjoy the pizza. Both are prepared very-well. Itâs enjoyable to eat on their outdoor patio when weather permits. The wait staff follows up well to verify meal prep. We have never had a manager stop by to check on things.
