Il menu proposto a prezzo fisso, pur con alti e bassi, può andare bene per la maggioranza delle persone: non è gourmet, ma tutto sommato accettabile.Quello che proprio non va è il rinchiudere più di 150 persone in un capannone sigillato, a due piani, senza finestre o balconi o terrazzi. Si generà un rumore ed un brusio di fondo che rendono impossibili anche le conversazioni allo stesso tavolo e ti fanno uscire con piacere pur di riposare i timpani. Non è esattamente quello che ci si aspetta da un agriturismo, ove il relax dovrebbe farla da padrona. Non ci ritornerò

Ho scoperto questo locale grazie al passaparola tra colleghi. Per pranzare occorre prenotare, se no si rischia di non trovare posto ed essere mandati via (accaduto a due coppie davanti ai miei occhi). Il menù varia secondo le disponibilità della giornata e questo è sempre positivo per chi ama variare. Ottimi tutti i primi piatti che ho assaggiato e anche la carne alla brace e i dolci. I prezzi non sono bassissimi e i tempi di attesa non sono brevi, quindi non posso andarci spesso in pausa pranzo, ma una volta ogni tanto...

BEL LOCALE, AL CHIUSO ED ALL'APERTO. SI MANGIA MOLTO BENE. PURTROPPO PER ESSERE UN RISTORANTINO DI PAESE, I PREZZI SONO ALTI. TUTTO QUI'! Bel locale, al chiuso ed all'aperto. Si mangia bene. Però, purtroppo, per essere un ristorantino di paese - i prezzi sono alti; quindi, su questo aspetto non è abbastanza competitivo con simili.

We arrived in Montelibretti completely by chance at lunch time en route for Labro and thought the Vecchio Mulino looked the best available restaurant but with no high hopes of extraordinary food. The restaurant was deserted beyond a men only local retirement party and the pizza oven off until the evening. We ordered beer and said yes to the set menu whereupon we were launched on a gastronomic experience involving several extra courses courtesy of the retirement group. Excellent and incredibly fresh mussels, a scampi cream risotto, fritto misto, really fresh salad and on top of all that spaghetti aglio olio pepperoncino, a slice of the spectacularly technicolour iced retirement cake with the lightest sponge and fresh strawberries inside and a lot of local wine including a scrumpy tasting brew out of old 2 litre coca cola bottles, good espresso to try and help digestion. It is a miracle we ever got where we were going. Fantastic cooking and service to party gatecrashers and a riotous experience.

My wife and I had lunch at UNIKO with our grandson who speaks Italian. We were immediately impressed with the surroundings of the restaurant, both inside and out, the dining room being very elegant. We were greeted by Chef Egisto Como who was very friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay. He explained the menu and we decided to have the fish meal. He also recommended a local Sauvignon Blanc which was delicious and not expensive. We had 4 different starters which were all very tasty and then a baked fish (not sure what it was), but again, it was delicious. The food was well prepared and presented and of the highest quality. We would definitely highly recommend this restaurant, and will certainly return if we are ever in the area again.

Se devi mettere alla prova la qualità del servizio e delle pietanze, l'occasione d'una Pasqua affollata è sicuramente un banco sul quale poter accertare i limiti di un ristorante. Ricavato nelle amene colline della bassa Sabina, la Salvia è per certo un luogo da ricordare, sia per l'offerta gastronomica che per l'attenzione nel servizio. Nonostante fosse strapieno, in 20 abbiamo potuto passare un pranzo di primavera degno di nota. Da tornarci, con meno affanni.

We went there with two friends and their little girl. We ordered "the olive ascolane" some tipical local starters that was really good. Then we ordered "the pinsa", a kind of pizza that I suggest because it is the the most famous dish in this restaurant. The pinsa was wonderful, of course. The owner was really helpful and nice with us. The bill was really correct and honest. Definitely you have to go!

I was with a tour group and we arranged to have lunch before opening to the public on that day . The lunch consisted of several course wine, cheese, pasta etc. It just kept coming! The food was home made and excellent as we dined in an air conditioned porch with magnificent views of the countryside with family. Perfect.

I call on my drive from uk to Malta. The service and food is fantastic itâs very reasonable and I love the atmosphere. You have the choice of pizzas and excellent meat meal. Itâs a welcome stop after a long drive.
