If you want a taste of real Italian home made food then is the place, this is how my grandmother cooked and is true local quinine. Simple rustic food yet at the same time sophisticated and understated. The service was great and they couldn't do enough to accommodate. I have two little ones of 4 and 7 and they devoured their tagliatelle al pomodorro. We had veal steaks and were not disappointed, great selection of sides, wonderful local wine list and one of the best panda cotta I've had, brilliant place I can't praise it enough

We stumbled across this place on our way to Recanati and decided to stay here for food. The owner, Alessandro offered up a wonderful meal, full of locally sourced produce, all organic, of course and it was delicious. He spoke great English too which helped as our Italian isn't the best! We lived the contemporary decor, very different to what we expected but it merely highlighted his attention to detail and complemented the food wonderfully. We visit the region regularly and will certainly be calling back here again. 10/10

Went back to Mezzo Baiocco twice in one week, and both times had a great experience.Stylish traditional building in the middle of little known Campocavallo, with manicured gardens and warm interiors. Casual but refined. The first time we had a mixed grilled meat platter, cremini, and other side dishes. All cooked perfectly, matched with nice wine. The second time we had antipasti and pizzas with some friends. Didn't disappoint. And the desserts are also nice, in particular worthy of a mention the warm pistachio tart with dark chocolate and chili icecream.

A romantic place where u can spend a nice time. Meat and fish dishes.
Went on a Friday lunchtime in early February and had a very good meal. Several other tables were filled and clearly some of them were filled by regulars - unsurprising they've got regulars, given the quality of the place. The food is excellent and the wine list is extensive and equally good. The menu we had was 'menu of the day' and so not the same as the generic menu you can find online. That was a big tick for the restaurant, since it meant all the dishes included fresh ingredients that were in season. Nothing tired or unimaginative about the place at all - something that, all too often, can happen in winter months in small restaurants.Basically great service, great food, great wine and a lovely quiet atmosphere - we're going again!

Delicious food with a very friendly waitress. Bare in mind the girl is the only one whom speaks English. The 'big' menu is indeed BIG. So order this only if you have a very good appetite. The second we took the primo and the econdo and that was the right amount for us. And again: the quality was excellent!Thank you for your opinion and we hope to have you again in our restaurant.

Trying to find a decent restaurant near our Vila Scuderi, it took us an hour drive to find this wonderfull "pizzeria" just around the corner! Yes they sell pizza but heavenly ones we won't forget easy. Nice people wonderfull food, good wines and Belgium beer in the middle of "La Marche"! Surprise surprise, a place definately worth going to!

Ritornerete.

Domingo served us an amazing meal. One thing after another, as you do not choose, you simply eat whatever fresh, beautifully prepared and presented courses he offers you. We were a pretty large group, a business dinner, about 10. All of us were so delighted

Restaurant in the heart of historic Appignano, traditional cuisine with a focus on raw materials, hand-made pasta dishes: gnocchi, carciù, tortelloni, vegetable soup .... the rediscovery of old kitchen
We chanced upon the restaurant and went in not knowing what to expect. We were welcomed warmly and the hostess spoke some English which was helpful. There was also an English menu. However, we decided to go with her suggestions. She gave us two large plates of different pastas to share and a large salad to share. These were the chef's specials of the day. The food was excellent. We had had a few meals that were acceptable but not memorable in the last week so we were very pleased to find such delicious - and memorable - food. Very good value. Cheerful service. We hope to return. Grazie, ora câè una nuova gestione... ti aspettiamo per assaggiare la nostra cucina!
