Mistral was recommended by the hotel manager in Casalotto. It's a quiet place popular with locals. The food was well prepared and tasty. The owner attends to the patrons and tries to ensure a good dining experience. As is the rule in the Piedmont region, the house wine is excellent and inexpensive. I will revisit the next time I'm in Mombaruzzo.

The place offered a fixed menu with local specialities. The service was friendly and really welcoming. Every single one of the dishes presented to us was cooked with high quality and with a local rustic touch. Stayed at the next door Agriturismo Suri. Both is highly recommended!

Most Popular Neapolitan food in Predore, Province of Bergamo, Italy

Ok, so this place has fantastic food and very reasonable prices for the quality of food and wine. If food is everything then do yourself a favour and go to enjoy the ancient recipes that this place specialises in. The decor is basic (great glassware but plastic chairs), and the service is amazing in parts and lacking in others. But, it's about the food!!!We ended up being given a range of local digestives by the owners, husband and wife, as we were the last to leave. You'll not find another place like it. Enjoy.

We wanted somewhere with free parking, air-con in the room and ideally a pool, restaurant and wi-fi; Vigneti del Mandorlo ticked all these boxes. The owners are so kind and attentive, working so hard, over such long hours, to make your stay so enjoyable. The property was easy to find, with signs at the last key junction and is literally at the side of the the small road it is on.Plenty of on-site parking space, lovely pool with a mix of sun beds and chairs with shade courtesy of gazebos or umbrellas. We had a suite which was lovely and clean, probably the largest room and bathroom weâve ever stayed in and you walk out of patio doors onto a large balcony, with wonderful views. Sunrises and sun sets are beautiful. As for the food, what can I say? Plenty of choice, plenty of it, beautifully presented. If you have lunch there, youâre not likely to be able to finish the 5 course dinner, so I suggest a very, very light lunch, though you can skip a dinner of course or 2. We did that on Sunday after having lunch there.Courses (dinner); 1 and 2 are set, choice for 3 (âprimaâ) and 4 (secondo) and dessert. As said, the owners work so hard to make your stay wonderful, so just say what you want to do.Whilst the owners no longer make their own wine per se, you can chose wine that contain their grapes (go for the Nemysis red). I think visits to various wineries can be arranged. You can get all types of drinks/snacks during the day. Breakfast caters for all choices I think; fresh fruit, yogurts, bread, butter, jam, cheese, meats, salamis, cakes and biscuits, plus eggs done your way are offered too. The coffee is so good, but tea is available too.Great property position as easily reachable from Genoa, Turin and Milan airports. We visited Cinque Terre, Asti, a beach near Finale Ligure and 1 of 2 available water parks (45 mins away). We were amazed how reasonable the cost was, but the most important thing was the kindliness and attentiveness of the owners and staff.I definitely didnât want to leave but definitely want to return.Thank you for making a wonderfulHoliday for us.

A beautiful drive along winding roads amongst vineyards leading to a quaint little town where the villa is located. The interior is modern and emanates an air of luxury and class. The restaurant is spacious and elegantly appointed, warm and welcoming. As well as an interesting choice of antipasti, first course and second course, there is also a 'menù degustazione' offering a dish from each course as well as dessert. The food was very good and presented beautifully. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We finished the meal with coffee on the terrace and enjoyed the magnificent panorama.

We had read about this restaurant and how nice the owners were. These comments are absolutely correct. We have never been to any restaurant where we were immediately made to feel at home. Cristina and Fillipo are people who you feel like you known them your whole life. They are so welcoming and gracious. As Americans, we seldom meet people who really love what they are doing and love to feed people. This passion is what make the food so good and the experience memorable. I wish I could eat here every night although I might get too fat. The portions are not so large, but there are so many, you get to taste everything. When Cristina recited the menu, I was trying to remember all of the things she said so I could decide what to order. What a surprise when everything she said we were served. We had to stop eating every bit that we were served so we could make it to the end. Everything was carefully prepared and of very high quality. We drank Fillipo's Barbera d'asti for dinner and finished with his grappa. Bruno is a small village of 340 people, but for anyone wanting to experience the best Italy has to offer, you should make the trek to this restaurant. We have eaten at Michellin starred restaurants but enjoyed this restaurant as much or more.

The La Marlera is hidden in the narrow streets of Mombaruzzo, it is definitely worth finding it! The Osteria is in a beautiful typical Piedmont House, tastefully decorated and the waiters are very authentic and care about their guests. the menu offers not only typical Piedmont cuisine, but also other delicious plates. They have a very good wine selection as well. This is a place we will definitely come back again, the friendly staff and the food are worth many trips to the Osteria!

We arrived in nizza monferrato from villa nova d'asti and came across this restaurant via the enoteca shop in the centre. Really good shop By the way!!!We turned up at 7.30 and were far from disappointed. The food was lovely ,service was excellent and the wine list fantastic and was not expensive . we had brema 2009 which was superb and would no doubt have cost in excess of £70 back in the ukYou have to visit this unassuming but great restaurant with a really friendly knowledgeable and enthusiastic sommelier
