Reviews on Italian food in Miami Springs, Florida, United States. Miami Springs is a city located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The city was founded by Glenn Hammond Curtiss, "The Father of Naval Aviation", and James Bright, during the famous "land boom" of the 1920s and was originally named Country Club Estates. It, along with other cities in Miami-Dade County such as Coral Gables, Florida and Opa-locka, Florida, formed some of the first planned communities in the state. Like its counterparts, the city had an intended theme which in its case, was to reflect a particular architecture and ambiance.

family and I order three large pizza's and chicken wings along with two litter of drinks. The food was delivered hot and within a reasonable time. The food was good and everyone enjoyed it. The driver was pleasant and well dressed. It was a nice day so we were outside when the pizza driver drove up, however, the staff will notify you when the driver arrives if needed. Enjoy!!
We stumbled on this place while we were looking for something to eat. For what it is, a small strip center restaurant it is pricey. The servers are very friendly, the ravioli and pizza are both good. The drink selection is not very good.

I highly recommend making a reservation prior to attending this amazing restaurant. The owner stops by all the tables to make sure youâre happy to be there and ready to enjoy some amazing food. Iâve been there a couple of times and have tried different plates, all of them with an amazing taste. For dessert I always get the vanilla ice cream with apple. On your way out the owner comes and shakes your hand and wish you well. If youâre looking for delicious food with great service I highly recommend going to Fratellinoâs. Hope this helps!

My family's been devouring Big Tomato pizza since before this location opened! Though were overjoyed when it opened here several years ago, we were also wary the "new" folks would get it right. Happy to say our doubts were banished with our very first order! You want the most delicious pizza with fresh ingredients and neighborhood care? This is your place!

We discovered this excellent restaurant near our hotel on a one-night stopover in Miami. The location is in a nondescript commercial area and the decor is simple, but the fresh pasta was outstanding and the portions plentiful enough to save some for lunch the next day. We also indulged in a "salame cioccolato" for dessert -- delish. Highly recommended.

Went for a beer and a pizza. Wound up trying the meatballs, they were wonderful. Would have loved for there to have been a little spice to them, but thats a personal preference thing. A little red pepper and they were right where I wanted them. The pizza was great, will go again for sure!!

Decided to give this spot a try for a Philly cheese steak, and since it's only a block from my job it was conveniently located. The owner who seems to run a tight ship eventhough he wears more than one hat greeted us in that straightforward way I'm accustomed to in the City of Brotherly Love. His claim was that his cheese steak was even better than what the tourists get in Philly, I assume he meant that perennial debate over which is best- Gino's or Patrick's .... last time I was in Philly I opted out of those two choices and upon the recommendation of a local ate my cheese steak at a spot on Market Street called Sonny's and it was delicious! (See my separate review on Sonny's in Philadelphia for more info!).Anyhow back to A Little Bit of Philly- the cheese steak was in fact quite good, meaty, cheesy and quite filling... and yes it was just as good as the last one I had in Philly at the aforementioned Sonny's,maybe just maybe even better! And I didn't have to travel all the way to Philadelphia to enjoy it! The proximity to my job plus the quality of my sandwich means the next time I crave a real honest to goodness cheese steak I'll be heading just down the street to A Little Bit of Philly to get my fix!
