We are an owner run restaurant with a wide assortment of italian and western cuisine!! A wide selection of house choice and bottled wines! Our special board has many different options and at least 3 home made soups daily!!

Mauro's is still one of my favourite restaurants in Medicine Hat. My wife and I really enjoy the Thursday night steak and pasta special. The steak is AAA Alberta beef and was prepared exactly to our liking. Our server was very pleasant and friendly. Thanks again to the staff at Mauro's for another positive dining experience.

My family has been going here for yeaarss, always for special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries. Each time is better than the last. I always tell family friends anyone about this place. The environment is so welcoming and warming. The owner and his wife and some of the nicest most genuine people I have ever spoken too. Ingredients are genuine Italian , fresh and amazing. All made in house or made by themselves. Great prices for all homemade. I can't express my love for this Medicine Hat gem . Everyone visiting the hat or from here should 100% go and visit it. You will love it I promise !!

Tops Pizza & Steak House, a permanent fixture in Medicine Hat. Tonight we went with the special, Cajun shrimp and steak. This meal included the salad bar as well. The serving time was reasonable and the food tasted good. If I had to critique anything I would have to acknowledge excess salt in the soup (kneppla) and a relatively tough and under cooked steak. The service was friendly and timely. I guess my thinking is if I'm going to spend 30$ on a meal, everything should be almost perfect. Especially the steak.
