We were pleased to find a place where we could bring the dog we had in tow. They have outdoor seating so allow dogs outside. They even provided a bowl of water for the dog. We ate outside and really didn't wander around inside the restaurant. I won't comment on it. Except the bathroom is right inside the doorway. It was gender neutral. They offer several large tables out side and a hostess greeted us and led us to a table. We warned her we would have a dog.I ordered a drink to have while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. I said, 'I'll get a drink while we wait." The drink took a good 15 minutes to arrive, just about time our friends arrived. They offer cocktails, wine and ciders. They, of course, have non alcoholic drinks as well. They offer appetizers, salads, desserts and pizzas from a wood-fired oven.We ordered a salad and trout pate for the table. Both were on the small side to share but would have been great for one or two people, not four. We also ordered two pizzas for four of us. The pizzas are 12 inches. They offer quite a list of toppings or you can build your own. Both of the pizza we got were delicious. They wood-fired cooking was good. And the dough was flavorful. As far as pricing goes, it was expensive but then again, good quality. Service was slow. We had quite a drive in front of us so we were in a hurry. This was not our destination.

I've had the spinach salad, the eggplant appetiser and the mushroom risotto. All really great. The risotto was the best I've ever had! My companion had the tortellini alfredo -- a bit mushy but very good. The restaurant is ably all things to all people, and deserves the corner of Main street in Rosocoe, NY

My husband and myself decided to take a ride to The Roscoe Brewing Co. We were then going to have dinner at the Rockland House. We decided we would take a chance at the new place we saw on the way up, Northern Farmhouse Pasta. Are we happy we did. It was a Saturday evening and all the tables were reserved. The young lady said that you really need reservations on Fr. & Sat. nights, but, please wait a minute. She spoke with the chef who said to seat us.WE both ordered dinner and it was fantastic, delish, and very satisfying. Definitely will be going back, with reservations this time. Lovely place, lovely people, and great food!
