Our family really likes this place: it is int he middle of the city, you have a beautiful view to the monument with the Lion, they are really friendly and quick. The sortiment is not very wide, that is why they make a high quality, and a good service. The salsa chimi churros is our favourite, we have this always for appertizer, the sweets are also delicious. A family atmosphere with all the food you could want from Italy. Our party was large compared to the average table size there but everyone found something on the menu to enjoy. From their steak to pizza to the drinks everything was wonderful. A fun place for a night out with co-workers to an intimate evening with a first date this restaurant is a perfect place.

Arrived on reservation and they give us the option to change the table which was good, we arrived close to lunch time so restaurant was full pretty fast, menu has variety and its pretty solid according to the theme, service from waiters was problematic because they were having problems with system, including missed dishes, even with this, everything was solved correctly and fast, so no problem there, dishes were put on the table still hot, now the dishes, as i mention there is a good variety of Italy main cuisine samples, but sadly food is average, i mean, minestrone overcooked, is a mistake that is unforgivable, all the pasta were cooked correctly, but got the sense you can ask that same dish somewhere else with the same quality, even on the deserts we did not find that differentiator that would make this restaurant something to not forget, sadly to us, party of seven, was completely average, not bat at all, but not a five star.Hi JosephThanks for your opinion. I enjoyed the stay at this small restaurant near the Plaza Mayor. Simple but stylish furniture, polite stuff with good language skills are just the beginning. The food is really delicious, I took chesse soup and fetuccini with chicken and chipotle, both of them was well prepared and nicely balanced. As desert I ordered chocolate volcano, and I have to tell you that it was just perfect. Soft cocoa and ice on top - you should try this.One exception was there, the coffee is not good, very light and no body for an espresso.

Arrived in Leon hungry and looking for something Italian.Selected Frascati from reviews on Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed. The menu selection was really nice and varied, the service was excellent, provided not only by our waiter, Samuel, but by any staff member who went by and noticed that a plate should be cleared or a wine glass filled. We had lunch at Frascati with four adults and three children. The attentive service was above and beyond the norm. The food was excellent too. Fish tacos, ribeye steak, shrimp and fried rice, salmon and pizza. Really everything was excellent and we wrapped it all up with charros.Nice atmosphere.Thank you for your comments, we are so glad you've enjoyed your visit. Hope you come back soon.

One of the best pizza places in town. it is one of those places that becomes the hidden jewel of Leon´s restaurants. The place is inside a house with the garage sometimes used as an outdoor terrace. You can Bring your own wine (at least the last time I went). We were greeted by the owner who happens to be an Italian.The food is just great, I have tried at least four types of pizza and they were all great. Giullietta is one of those places you wish it would stay the way it is for many years. Highly recommended!

We went to this restaurant for breakfast. Although it is an Italian restaurant, there really wasn't much to it in terms of being Italian for breakfast. There was free valet parking. It offered your general breakfast breakfast choices of omelettes chilaquiles and even eggs Benedict, providing for a very eclectic international breakfast selection. The juices are fresh, and they offer a selection of pastries which are either made there or brought fresh. The service was okay but had to be requested a few times to come to the table during long stretches of absence. The restaurant is decorated nicely. It is definitely a place where the finer crowd goes for sure. Other than the service being a little slow, I would have liked a little more selection for the breakfast menu. What's different about this restaurant is that it's true to it's roots yet intelligent in how nuanced twists bring the food into the contemporary spectrum. With a spectacular view as the backdrop, the food also serves as an excellent vehicle to a enjoyable experience in Leon.Contrary to the Mexican notion that pizzas should be abundant of toppings and crusts should be a vehicle for toppings, their pizzas are light, with the right amount of depth and balances the toppings that sits atop. Think of the dough as the accompaniment rather than the focus and the toppings as the partner to the dough rather than being front and center. Accompany the pizza with some pasta or an appetizer, not as the meal and you'll come out greatly satisfied.Try their handmade pastas and taste enjoy the flavors and textures of pasta and sauce rather than having to fight through thick pastas or heavily flavored sauces. Again, it's about balance and flavors and textures that don't fight each other.Details abound, like their water glasses, the texture and flavors of their focaccia bread, the clean and simple styles in their silverware and dishes, and tying everything together with a dessert. If you can't already tell, this is a good place to visit. I hope you'll enjoy the food here as much as I did.
