Wonderful fish dishes, always fresh and well prepared. The staff is eager to please and will cheerfully accommodate special requests. Portions are quite large and desserts are definitely not the stars of the menu. Best to call ahead for reservations, this restaurant is well hidden but very popular.

This hotel and restaurant is just outside the center of Lecco. The food was really delicious. The menu's are really good. The round tables for 5-8 pax are marvelous to accommodate nice diners compared to long stretched tables.A separate room is available with a huge table for +-12pax.After diner, the rooms above provide luxe and quite. The next morning, the chef prepared us the best mushroom omelet ever (according to our daughters).

As I stepped into the restaurant I was charmed by itâs peculiar look. Rustic and refined at the same time. Furthermore, they used some musical instruments as decoration.â¨The appetizer consisted of an alchoolic (or non if you prefear) fruity juice, and a little plate of crunchy chicken thighs.â¨As main course I had an âamerican styleâ hamburger, though, me and my tablemates couldnât help taste eachother serving. This was possible given the generous rations. Not only were our meals palatable, they also were garnished with lovely, colorful (and tasty!) vegetables, such as caramel onions.I had a delicious pear and chocolate silce of cake for dessert.â¨Waiting was just good. Our waitress was polite and very nice.Summarising, we had a quality dinner for an affordable price.â¨We really enjoyed our night out, and I advise groups, families or couples to try out this marvellous restaurant!

Typical Lombard cuisine, pasta ravioli pizzocheri bread and cakes made ââby us! Great wine, Polenta, mushrooms, snails, game, cheese and taglieri.Coperto free!
This place has home made food which tastes perfectly delicious and it is made from scratch, the establishment is very clean including the restrooms and the people who work here are very friendly and nice to deal with, we were with a friend who spoke perfect italian thank god because we didn't see any English speaking people there, it looked like all were locals but anyways we LOVED OUR FOOD, definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in this town that probably not visited much by tourists since it seems everyone just make it to bellagio and forget about this town which is also pretty and worth the drive, I recommend you to eat here and try the pasta it is wonderful, congratulations to the owners for the prices, service and food. ArrivederciI am very glad of his words thank Daniela cook! See you soon !

Very nice always crowded place because of its small size. Really warm and well furnished with raw wood, marbel and stone.Fantastic selection of homebrewed beers.Local and quality food really well presented with some unique proposal (like the sweet fried potatoes).Just one note about the guy which tap beers (one star less for this point): one smile, sometimes, will not ruin your face...

This place made us feel that we are having a usual dinner as locals. No fancy atmosphere like in the restaurants for tourists, just homie. The pizza was great, tasty, big and the tomato sauce is amazing!A truly local experience that should not be missed!

This tiny little restaurant is off the beaten path on the eastern shore of Lake Como in Lecco. If you are willing to put in your map time, you will not be disappointed. There were only eight tables set up the night we visited. The menu is all about fish. I am typically a meat person, but still enjoyed the fish preparations. The other members of my family who usually choose fish, thought the meal was outstanding. My oldest son started with the fish sampler and said it was the best fish he had ever eaten (he has eaten a lot). The recommended wine was very good, yet inexpensive. Multiple hand prepared deserts were brought out on a cart and served from there. We couldn't pass up. The chef came out and visited with us for 10-15 minutes after our meal. The restaurant is a family affair started by his mom and dad in 1984 and still located in his parents home, although he now lives upstairs, cooks, and runs the restaurant. Reservations are a must. If you find yourself on the eastern side of the lake, give this gem your patronage.

The bistrot mamaioa is tipical and fresh fish restaurant.
The food delicious (very fresh seafood!), the staff kind and professional, the environment original. I ordered a octopus salad with potatoes and celery and Mediterranean totani with mixed vegetables, while my partner French oysters and a baked branzino with potatoes and we shared a good Chardonnay from Puglia. A lovely and unforgettable dinner.Thank You so muchAngela

The burgers were great, the Il Bubu burger was especially unique.Service was impeccable and the atmosphere was great. âDa Giovanninoâ is a famous restaurant in Malgrate and Lake Como, which carries with the memories of the past with it. The restaurant revisits the past and gives it a fresher, more modern touch while staying true to its roots. âDa Giovanninoâ features sim
We went to the restaurant early in the evening and they were not very busy on their terrace. The service was pretty fast and the food was very good and at a great price. The only odd thing was the fat they wanted us to order pasta in pairs (two people minimum with the same parts dish) because the kitchen was "crazy". It was a weird request but the pasta was actually very good.
