But not in the oven long enough. Usually in Italian pizzerias, the pizza gets a slightly burnt crust in spots, making it delectable. Not the way at La Pizzeria de Masan. So average quality pizzas, but large portions (one pizza serves two easily). It was fine for so so French pizza. Nice staff and obviously a local hangout, which was fun.

The fishsoup is very nice, the lamb and fries are also good. The location has a poor acoestic and ventilation. The moment an other table starts stone-grilling the place fills with cooking smells. Service is poor: table's are not cleared during the meal and you will not get the chance to order the last course of your menu, as staff simply stays away...

Great homemade pasta and easily the best pizza we had in France. Brilliant value too. The proprietor is very friendly and clearly an excellent chef. As mentioned in previous reviews this is a small restaurant and can get full quickly, so book ahead or pop into town for an aperitif until a table becomes available. Highly recommended!

Le chef vous fera découvrir sa cuisine familiale mélange d Italie et Provence service et accueil avec un des plus beau sourire du Vaucluse
We were told that, despite the name, it is not part of the La Part des Anges chain. They start to take customers from 7pm. We were a little early but they were happy for us to sit and have a drink. The food was excellent, particularly the topped melon containing a generous measure of Muscat de Beaumes de Venise. The main dishes we had were delicious and the service was very friendly and efficient. It's a very short walk out of town, across the road from an entry to a park and a car-park. The 2-course menu was 19.90 euros each - well worth it.

My husband and I dropped by this crowded little pizzeria in Bedoin and were truly surprised and delighted by the delicious gourmet pizza, the personal service and the lively atmosphere. Favolsa is clearly well known as we were there in the off season and no other restaurant in the area was remotely busy. The owner/chef (?) clearly takes pride in his product and often takes the pizza to a table himself, or rings in at the cash, so he can interact with customers. A lovely treat.

We found this place by accident - we were on our way from Mont Ventoux to Apt and happened to reach Bedoin at mid-day, so decided to find somewhere to eat. Timing was good, as we had just nabbed the last (official) space in the parking lot opposite this restaurant. We had a choice of 3 tables but, if we'd been 10 minutes later, we might have had to find somewhere else to eat. There are tables alongside what might appear to be a main road (it was) but apart from the occasional heavy vehicle, traffic was surprisingly unobtrusive. Not knowing how big (or how small) the servings would be, we ordered a salad and two pasta dishes. All three dishes were simple, substantial, delicious, and served more quickly than expected (a good thing, considering how hungry we were) - we couln't have asked for a more enjoyable lunch. We also got a couple of ice cream cones - also delicious - to have as we walked around the town before hitting the road again. The staff were friendly, and appropriately attentive, and the atmosphere convivial. We would be happy to go back again, should we ever be in the area.

We stumbled over this hidden gem and from the moment we were greeted at the door, we were delighted. A cozy ambience, great food, and wonderful service. The owner has a hearty laugh, a great sense of humor, and creates an amazing experience. Not to be missed.

Evening meal the day before the ascent of Ventoux. Thereâs lots of eateries in Malaucène but we plumped for a simple pizza. This was no. 2 restaurant in Malaucène probably based on people just wanting a basic feed. This is exactly what it was but at a very basic price. Three courses including a Leffe (for 2)was â¬29. Unbeatable for value I think. Starter was tomato and mozzarella, delicious pizza for main and ice cream for dessert. The main business looks like a very busy takeaway with the restaurant bolted on the front. It ticked a box for what we required and at under â¬30 for two including drinks! Service wasnât speedy but we werenât in a major rush so wasnât an issue.
