In the five years since Waldo Pizza last won this category, Phil Bourne's KC institution has inched nearer the quarter-century mark with an ever-growing beer list, a popular gluten-free crust and yet another expansion of the original site. What hasn't cha
Having grown up in St. Louis on their unique pizza, we quickly asked then found Waldo Pizza when we need a pizza fix. Th thin crust style with typical St. Louis toppings is the best around. It even beats the lonely IMOâs pizza especially since the only one is so far south. The drive up feature is great, too, especially since Waldo parking is a challenge on a good day. Try it, youâll like it!

We reserved a table for four adults. Arrived in plenty of time however had to wait for our table. The service was awful... We were brought the wrong bottle of wine. Our server was just not attentive. We asked for additional bread which we had no problem paying extra for and our server obviously had a problem with that saying most people are usually happy with just one. I ordered the pasta trio, the others ordered Osso Bucco. Honestly my dish tasted like they came from an Italian chain of restaurants. Overall it was a bust. Won't be going back. One more item...they need to clean their dusty chandeliers.

Stopped here for lunch after a group outing on a Saturday afternoon. A wonderful open setting comes into view as one enters the restaurant. One orders a custom pizza with choice of selections displayed attractively on the wall. And, then the staff brings the pizza to the dining table. My friend and I shared one of the most delicious garlic-chicken pizzas. The crust was just perfect. One will be happy having pizza at Spin Pizza.

Start your taste trip to Italy with the romantic Tuscany with our Italian menu of seafood, steaks, grilled items, pasta dishes, traditional Italian desserts, and drinks. All served by our warm and welcoming staff at Brio Tuscan Grille Country Club Plaza.
Stopped by to sit up on the balcony and have a glass of wine and perhaps an app or two. No one ( I mean no one) inside the up stairs bar. The balcony had 16 people on it. We (2 of us) ordered a glass of wine and the Carpaccio and Caprese salad. The food came with no side plates. Waited. No wine no plates. At this point we were there for 35 minutes. Plates came no wine. Ate. Food gone. No wine. 50 minutes, still no wine. We had ask a few times with once being the manager that came to ask how things were. The table next to us was there when we sat down and a waitress brought them a glass of wine they order BEFORE we got there. They politely asked for the check. We still had no wine and Alison asked for our check. Never got our wine. The reason we stopped. The carpaccio was very good.

I saw this restaurant while walking in the Plaza and noticed they had a menu on an outside wall on the main walkway. On the menu it said they had Gelato and I thought great, but when I went to place order, I was told they no longer offered Gelato, so I considered that false advertising. Also, the marguerite pizza that I ordered was way small, overpriced and the cheese topping was not melted. As I have been to Italia and Sicilia, the pizza that I ordered in the Plaza was not as good and the menu items were way too overpriced.lcjt01, we're sorry to hear about your dining experience on your recent visit. Minsky's is a KC institution, and this location fits the bill. Authentic old KC charm. Can come in dressed in baseball cap & shorts & tees, or in a suit after church. Thick crust, deep-dish pizza served using fresh ingredients. Wait times can vary as can service quality, but hey, you ain't here for fine dining. Good value for a pizza joint. Not much of a wine list, but good beer menu.

Stopped in without a reservation around 6pm and ordered the calamari appetizer. Really good!! I ordered the cod wrapped in prosciutto. Delish! Waitress is training was great. Her trainer, not so much. Complained to us about having to train. What?? Poor trainee. Unprofessional. All in all I will return! Betsy,Thank you very much for visiting Trezo Mare and thank you for letting us know about the comments your server made There is no place for that at any point so we will have a "coaching moment".I am glad you enjoyed the food and your overall experience.I do apologize for the comments but do appreciate hearing about them.Mike Lee

We come here once a year for special occasions. The service is excellent and you canât beat a delicious Italian dinner. Everything we have ever tried has been A+++! Even the turtle cheesecake dessert. I would highly recommend making a reservation. Weâve been here on a Sunday and Wednesday night and both times the place was packed.
