Zinna's Bistro is a family-owned and operated Italian-American bistro that opened in January 2010. It is one of the hidden gems that make up the treasured Cranbury community. At Zinna's, we believe good food is simple food made with the freshest, highest
The fried calamari and sweet potato soup were delicious. Both were freshly prepared but some of the calamari was over cooked making it chewy.Everyone raved about the short ribs and the Bucatini Carnoso. The pan seared Ahi Tuna was cooked perfectly but the garlic was slightly burnt making the dish bitter. The only real complaint was the moisture dripping from the overhead supply vent on to our guests and table.

Perfect for takeout... but also a good spot for a casual meal eating there... friendly service. Tonight our takeout included chicken parm w/pasta and a salad, split pea soup (really excellent), personal pizza (thinner crust than the regular pizza... actually prefer the personal over the traditional pizza), garlic knots, pasta alfredo. Great service.

Bring a sweater it was very cold inside. Bring a bottle a BYOB. Bring an appetite... huge portions of pretty good Italian food. Good bread with dipping oil I add parmesan cheese to enhance it.A big menu with a lot of variety. Soup or salad comes with your entree. Flounder franchise was a tad rich for one person, the cavatelli with broccoli was a hit and linguine with clam sauce was tasty. Would return.
I recently learned this brand was listed by some as the best chicken franchise in the nation, so I went looking for it and found it at this small corner deli. What a great surprise! Awesome chicken and nice service. I can't wait to try some of their other offerings. This is not a restaurant, but a take out deli so pick up some of this great chicken and take it home or to the park across the street for a family picnic. If getting a large order it would be good to call ahead because it takes 15-20 minutes to cook, but well worth the wait. It is spicy, but not too hot and definitely golden brown and crispy.

The thin crust pizza recipe may not originate in Italy, but it has been a favorite in Central New Jersey for 50+ years. From Pete's Bar to Cantore's to Vitale's, the recipe has been handed down now to Matt Verney, owner, proprietor and pizza maker at The
I meet a girlfriend for lunch recently. We were a little pressed for time, so ordered from the express menu. The personal pizza and Veggie Boli were quickly served. The server was attentive. Food was tasty. I'll go back.Thank you! We introduced the Quick Lunch a few weeks ago. This is great feedback.

I have wanted to come to this restaurant for a very long time. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Food was very bland and lacked flavor. The atmosphere was very nice with a red decor. We had very good service though, which was a positive. Overall, I would not go again and not recommend.

This is the first time I was at Ciros. The service, food and ambiance was very good. A hidden gem on Buckelew Ave. They have several rooms (bar area, dining, party room). Reasonably priced and nice size portions. Everyone enjoyed their appetizers, salads and dinners. Service (owner's daughter) was very good. They did a nice job with the birthday dessert. I would definately return again and recommend it.

We ordered our entrees and appetizers delivered because of the weather. Bad mistake. The food was delivered and the cardboard tops were pressed down into the aluminum dish. They were soaked with the liquid from the entree. The salads and bread were fine but some of the liquid sauce dripped out of the containers into the cardboard container used for delivery. What a mess!!The food was good. The avocado, tomato and chicken dishes were tasty but they gave very little chicken. That's usually the problem with takeout or delivery service. You never get a good meal. This service was no better. The sausage were few and over cooked and dry. The pasta dishes with garlic and oil were fine. Less learned here. Don't order out or have delivery from this restaurant. Not the best food gotten when we dined in it was much better. Best of luck to those who choose not to listen to this advice or order a pizza instead.
