We visit Islantilla most years and found this restaurant this year in the pedestrian La Antilla high street. It looked fairly newly opened. The publicity says it is open all year round. The restaurant is nicely decorated and has the standard italian dishes on the menu. We started with a house salad which was excellent, better than in other Italian restaurants in the area. The lasagne was also very good but the cannelloni with spinach and ricotta less so. However the service was good and we were offered a liqueur at the end of the meal. The bill came to about 30 euros which included a bottle of red riojaWe will certainly go back when we next visit Islantilla and perhaps try the pizzas

Rosmarino is a familiar business located in the heart of La Antilla Beach, in Castilla Avenue. You will delight yourself with a thin-crust pizza and fresh ingredients, everything cooked in stone oven. You could also try our delicious pasta and handmade sa

Dropped in here for lunch on our last day after seeing a sign across a bridge advertising it. I had walked past the place twice every day and thought it was just the golf club - in some ways I am glad we didnât discover this place earlier as we would have virtually lived here and I would be coming home considerably heavier. We sat outside on the covered terrace - beautiful view. The whole place is very relaxed - some staff spoke English and some didnât so much. We ate pizzas and I had mushroom and Gorgonzola stuffed ravioli - it was amazing - but special mention has to go to the desserts which were spot on - would highly recommend the chocolate semifreddo and the imperial chocolate and mandarin desserts. We did get a little bit forgotten outside - but as we were in no hurry it was fine to sit and relax and enjoy the view. I would highly recommend a visit here.Dear Hiker_64OK,Thank you for your wonderful words in your recent visit to our facilities, highlighting our wonderful terrace overlooking the green, excellent service and delicious cuisine, with special mention to our dessert menu.It will be a pleasure to receive you as many times as you wish, we send you the best greetings.

Lines of people waiting for a table is not a common sight across this Spanish family holiday resort. There are very many outlets to sit in for a good supper or lunch.La Yema de Oro serves some of the best pizza ever and so a long queue should not be a surprise. And you will see them most evenings.Good fresh topping on delicious stone-baked bases - these masterpieces have to be the work of a true master in the kitchen.Great canteen atmosphere with attentive and helpful waiting staff. Oh, and mouthwatering pizzas.....They might consider a No Smoking rule - as might most of the rest of the Country - but otherwise this drop-in food spot is hard to beat.
