Whilst exploring Ironbridge with friends and trying to locate some Lardy cake, we discovered this little tea shop, at the top end of the high street. I say little, because i think it only seats 10 people (upstairs). However, what a great little find. We soon got seated and ordered cream tea, coffees and more cake (sadly, no lardy cake on that day). Fine bone china tea cups and teapot were of the order. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the cakes and drinks. Although, I have to say that the scones weren't very big, but they were delicious. The staff were great and we had a chat with the owner who couldn't have been any nicer. Everything was reasonably priced, considering the historic location.
2. Four Towers Restaurant and Guest House
The feedback we had from restaurant guests during our first weekend was the food was excellent and full of gorgeous fresh flavours. We are closing the restaurant for a few weeks due to staffing issues. Weather permitting we will be opening our beer garden

Just been to the newly opened Four Towers restaurant for an evening meal and will definitely be returning⦠the food was excellent, even my very fussy husband was impressed and said the dessert was the best Tiramisu heâs ever tasted. The staff and owners were all very welcoming and friendly. Would certainly recommend this establishment.Thank you very much; we love our freshly prepared, locally sourced, high welfare food. We are glad you enjoyed the Tiramasu, which is one of chef's favourites, we love it ourselves. We are confident our food won't disappoint. We love to welcome our customers to our warm, intimate and welcoming, newly opened restaurant and try and make it a special experience for everyone.

At zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don't do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We're all about well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional italian food.

We are outside on the hottest weekend this year, tables were nicely spaced only down flaw was that we had to get Hogan order indoors as they weren't serving ourside(hottest weekend!) Which seemed strange. Food was lovely and the garlic cheese and caramelized onion bread was to die for.

We really visited without booking one Saturday lunch time . We all really enjoyed the meal we chose and there was something for everyoneâs dietary requirements! They catered well for children. We did have a voucher so we felt it was exceptional for what we paid and will return.

Visited on a Friday just after 6. Restaurant virtually empty. Given standard menus, had to ask for the Set Menu, and waiter seemed irritated that we wanted them. Starters were chicken wings with spicy sauce, which was bland, had to ask for chillis to give it a kick. Loaded potatoe skins with bacon, cheese and chives were ok, nothing special. Mains were House Special Burger and fries. Burgers were lukewarm and completely tasteless, seemed liked plain mince just moulded into a burger shape. The so called fried onions (as listed on menu) were raw. We asked waiter if we could have some and she said they didnât fry onions! Why say on the menu that fried onionsare included then! She said maybe the chef could fry some but we declined as the already lukewarm food would have been cold by the time onions were fried! The special burger sauce was so sparse we had to search for it! We decide not to bother with a dessert. As we left we noticed a 1 star rating on food hygiene rating certificate! Just waiting for stomach upsets now from dodgy burgers! First and last visit here!
