Had an amazing dining experience at Ristorante Paoletti! The atmosphere is very nice and the food was outstanding. All eight of us raved about how good the food was. The seafood was fresh, the pasta cooked just right, and it was all served quickly and hot! Our server Lesley was excellent! She was very knowledgeable of the menu items and promptly meet all our needs. She even knows how to properly pour a beer! Would highly recommend Ristorante Paoletti to anyone visiting Highlands. This is some of the best Italian food I have eaten, I thirty days traveling through Italy with my family.

This is a quick in/out type of place with no table service. You order at the counter and wait for your number to be called. Pizza was a tad better than a frozen pizza. Doughy crust. Watery, flavorless sauce. Perfect if you have young children as they can be loud and arenât particular about food. Wish it was better....

Always love a nice lunch out and this is a new choice inHighlands but only on the weekends. The menu is based on many of the dinner ingredients and changes daily. I had the delicious trip of tacos with long braised short ribs and pickled veggies on grilled soft tacos. I plan to go back and order the same next weekend and recommend their great food as well as its wonderful historic building and setting. Thank you for your support! Lunch is off to a great start thanks to folks like you.

Very popular Highlands restaurant with extensive pizza choices. Would not categorize pizza as exceptional however fun environment and bar scene. Great spot to mingle with both locals and tourists. Another winning restaurant by the folks at Old Edwards Inn.
