Hendersonville's first craft coffee roaster. Roasting & brewing all single origin, consciously sourced coffees and delicious pastries, focusing on the "farm to mug" experience.
I am an admitted coffee snob. I such a coffee snob I won't drink Starbucks because it is crap. This place is the real deal. Awesome beans from many different places all roasted by a master who knows how to bring out the best flavors in every bean he roasts. If you are serious about coffee this is the roaster for you.

The place doesn't look like much, but it is very accommodating with outside and inside seating. Very casual and laid back. Bottom line the pizza is very good! We had a pepperoni pizza and is was cooked jus right.

We have been to Mikeâs many times and have always enjoyed it. On this random Tuesday night, we went with a few friends and it was a huge disappointment. Our appetizers were not hot and looked like frozen food. The salads were sparse and were not crisp as usual. The spinach stuffed manicotti, which I usually order here was unrecognizable. The pasta shell was so thick, almost like a burrito. I couldnât eat it. I was embarrassed that I brought my friends there, raving about how good it was. The sauce used on the chicken cacciatore was not the usual sauce. It tasted processed and I think there was zucchini in it.And one of our friends dinner was forgotten and she had to wait for hers after all of us were served. I donât know if it was a substitute chef or just s bad night. I guess it happens, but we had drinks and s big check that night and I donât think my friends will go back.

I lived and worked in New York for 35 years. Ask me how many slices of New York pizzaI ate in that time. This (Favillaâs) is real New York pizza. Nothing fancy or cutting edge here. Just nice, crispy-crusted, tasty pizza. Look forward to returning.

We had purchased a discounted gift certificate to this restaurant since we were planning a trip to Hendersonville. After reading several Trip Advisor Reviews, we were a little skeptical about visiting this restaurant. Well, the highlight of our meal was the order of breadsticks, which were awesome. We ordered a veggie pizza, which was just okay. It was loaded with veggies, but they made the crust very soggy in the middle. We ate about half the pizza and left the rest. We ordered cannolis for dessert based upon reviews. They were a little too sweet for our taste. Our server was friendly and efficient, but based upon the food we tried, we probably wonât return.

Serving Hendersonville, North Carolina, since March of 2015, Renzo's Ristorante is dedicated to serving fresh, authentic Italian cuisine and to creating the most exquisite fine dining experience in Western North Carolina.
Renzo's met every expectation of Hendersonville's top restaurant. Haven't had this good Italian cooking since New York. Decor quite unexpected; not dark and classical as most Italian eateries, but light, charming and a bit Quixotic.. Tables have names such as "Romeo & Juliet" and "Princess." Great wine list. Try the Orvietto with seafood. Ask for the Milanese waitress.

There are so many places to rest your feet and get something good to eat after walking Hendersonville's broad, flower-filled sidewalks which are also decorated with painted bear statues and ducking in and out of fascinating shops. We lucked out when we chose West First - not only for the food but because we got there before they closed at the end of the lunch rush and before the supper hours - make sure you get there by 2:30 because they let the pizza oven die down and stop serving at 3. We are very in favor of their efforts to source local foods (including meat!) and serve organic wherever possible. We had some of the best pizzas ever - mushroom medley (5 kinds of mushrooms!) for me and meat lovers for my husband. The side salads had amazing ingredients and were very fresh. We watched sandwiches carried by and were surprised to see how generous the fillings were and how wonderful the bread looked - artisan and thick and crusty. We had a 10-minute wait because we wanted to sit in the air-conditioning but they have an outdoor seating area too.
