Welcome and atmosphere are fine and people go back so perhaps we were unlucky. Pasta with hare and truffles is a dish we have often eaten in Italy and always enjoyed. This time the pasta was overcooked (in an Italian restaurant!), the meat could have been anything and the oil was a sort of unpleasant jelly. The smell of truffles was good. As others have remarked, the prices are high but not unusually so for Belgium today.

This is a nice italian restaurant but really average. Price/quality is ok and personel is very friendly. Otherwise, nothing to mention.Thank you for your opinion. Raffaele et Giovanni

nice setting, beautiful large terrace, private parking, friendly staff. We had a delicious lunch with salmon tartare and seabass as starters. Malines chicken with very good pasta as mains. Nice italian cheese platter and a fresh dessert. Interesting wine list, correct prized.

I've been here couple of times now and we have never been disappionted, on the contrary. Very friendly staff, good food with suggestions that change on a regular basis. Besides pizzas you can also eat delicious Italian specialties in this place. We'll go back here soon!

It's rather simple, but very nice service and good pizzas. It's certainly not to expensive. No suggestions.

While there are quite some Italian restaurants in the neighbourhood, this one offers an authentic taste. The homemade pasta is super and they offer some dishes like my slow-cooked suckling pig which are not easily found elsewhere. Both the owner cum chef as well as the waiter are Italian. Worth trying!

Coming from a unique shoe repair shop in the street (a real treat, lucky I found this artisan Thierry) I noticed the most enticing smell coming from a pizzeria nearby. Hopped in for the unique lunch offer: any pizza plus a soft drink for a mere 5 €, what a treat. I normally do not eat a lot of pizza, but this one I devoured in my car ;-). It was thin and crisp (they also have thick crusts), the filling was extremely fresh (succulent tomato base, the taste of the paprika/bell peppers was above average, decent ham also...The only thing: the boss was not really friendly when i asked a small change to the toppings and he did not understand a word of what i said - and said so in a rather irritated way. Now, if you are working in Halle, a real Flemish town, it is a question of respect and integration to understand & speak at least a bit of Dutch, Rest of the team seems OK and lovely... So will be back!

Wa had dinner here today and:1- waiting time too long for a small pasta bar who does only 3 kinds of pastas and 4 different sauces;2- menu is written on a big black board on the wall and if someone sits right in front of it well you can t read it;3- the waitress was dressed only with a top and miniskirt, i know that s summer and it s hot but when we entered the restaurant i thought nobody was serving, and i think the girl sitting next to our table was quite upset since she was having dinner with her boyfriend;4- i ve chosen tagliatelle carbonara and it was really nothing special, i can cook it better!5- for a pasta bar who does only that there is too little of choise! and i expected the tagliatelle to be homemade, but maybe that was too much;6- they wanted to imitate Pasta Divina in Brussel, sorry but it was a failure for me;7- they give you emmental with ur pasta but everyone who had been in Italy knows they use only parmesan, both would been better.8- my mum ordered Penne Fiorentina, many know that Fiorentina is famous 1kg italian steck, and it was with tomato sauce and ham. Please don t give random italian names to ur pastas pretending you know what u are doing;9- there is airco in the small restaurant but if ur sitting next the window u ll still feel hot.I really don t give 1 star usually but this resto was really a delusion, maybe i expected too much? And as i ve noticed only young people come here, and surely there is a reason for that.
