Special shout out to Marlon (man, I really hope I remembered that correctly). Lunch server during the work week. I came early to have a glass of wine and read a book before meeting a friend for lunch. The service was so spot on...... he knew exactly when to come to the table without being intrusive when it was clear I wanted some alone time. Food was excellent. Stayed after the meal to have another glass of wine and finish my book. He continued to be exceptional in his timing. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed a fun birthday dinner here for our granddaughter. Appetizers, pizza, salads all good in spite of the fact they were crazy busy. Nice waiter, nice outdoor table, water bowls for the pooch, cornhole in case you get bored. All so fun, I still remember when this place was actually a gas station and garage. Amazing repurpose of a nice, old building!

A pet peeve of mine in Cherry Creek is the charge to park.

Though expensive, an amazing meal all around. Some of the items are served for two people. This includes the mind blowing chicken parm. Service was great.

We had lunch at Cucina Colore on recent weekday. We picked the place at random as we drove by in Cherry Creek Village. This is a classy, elegantly decorated Italian place in a low key style. Bar in front, indoor seating in back and outdoor seating also available. More people were outside than inside on this weekday occasion, but we elected to eat inside. Our server arrived pretty quickly and we ordered drinks; my wife had the âIâll Have What Sheâs Havingâ, basically vodka with several sweet ingredients added, and I had a glass of a very nice Zenatio Valpolicella. We didnât think much of her drink and it certainly wasnât worth $13. I had a cup of the soup of the day, which was onion and mushroom: really delicious. Then we had sandwiches: hers was chicken on a pita wrap, mine was roasted beef on a hoagie type bun. Pretty good but nothing special. The roast beef was good but I wasnât expecting it to be cold. Our server made a mistake and failed to put any of our order in â he said he forgot to hit âSendâ â so we waited 20 minutes for our drinks and another 20 for our food. To be fair, a sandwich lunch is probably not the best meal on which to judge a restaurant like this, but between average sandwiches and slow service, this was not a notable dining experience.

Fine dining food quality in a nondescript, casual atmosphere. Best grilled shrimp in recent memory. Carpaccio, brocollini (with lots of whole garlic), and spinach salad all flavorful, and better than ordinary tasting to my taste buds. My wife enjoyed the red blend house wine. Jake, our server, was a plus, to an already great lunch/meal. And, the oysters? Yes, please!

A casual down to earth neighborhood bistro-lounge serving New York inspired pizza and traditional Italian fare
My wie and visited this restaurant. We did not have a reservation and although a Monday night, the place was packed. Nevertheless, the kind lady on the desk found us a nice table. The wait staff were a delight, and the food was even better! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

We went here on Friday night for happy hour and dinner and to say I'm impressed is an understatement. They have the best sangria I've ever had in Colorado. You can get a huge carafe for only $15 that has about 6 glasses of sangria. The cheese pizza on happy hour is a great item to share with someone. We were sharing the chicken parmesan and they actually split up the meal for us since we told them that we planned on sharing it. Be sure to make a reservation if you're going there on a Friday because we had to sit at the bar (which was fine because the bartenders were fantastic).Check this place out if you're looking for incredible Italian food! We can't wait to go back!

Located in a casual neighborhood, this warm laid back eatery knows its way around authentic regional Italian cuisine. The service is friendly, food is fresh, and the experience is Unbeatable!
I have been eating at Piatti's for the last 25 years. The decor is dated (so are many restaurants in Italy). The clientele is middle aged (they can afford the prices). The main menu is unchanged (apply "tried and true") and they have a daily menu.Really like the Spaghetti Bolognese, the Lemon Ravioli, the Prosciutto wrapped Romaine. The pizza is good, too. Wasn't so thrilled about the overcooked risotto and the ingredients didn't fit right. Warm bread and dipping sauce (must ask for it to be served) ties one over for the wait of the meal.Really wished they would put LESS garlic into every single meal! Authentic Italian food doesn't have garlic in every dish and certainly not that amount!Waiter wrote down the wrong item and had to wait for the correct order to be served. Generally, should accommodate the client with a deduction is price or free dessert to make up for the mistake.

This was a exceptional dinner. Service was professional, knowledgeable and not overly intrusive. Staff was there at all the right times. Food was 5 stars plus! The Pecorino soufflé antipasti hit all the right flavor notes. My companions octopus special was outstanding. We each had a pasta course; gnocchi with tomatoes and pesto and tagliatelle with braised wild boar. Both were expertly prepared and thoroughly enjoyed. The seed crusted Alaskan halibut was an unusual preparation. Loved everything on this plate including the delicious black lentils. Lamb was tasty and very satisfying. We shared a castelmagno cheesecake dessert with lavender honey. Unexpectedly light and luscious. The only suggestion I may offer is to serve wines at the proper temperature. My glass of Chardonnay was served way to cold which is odd for a restaurant of such expertise. Expensive but worth it. Highly recommended. We will be coming back in August.
