Stopped here for lunch. Service was friendly and efficient. Food was very good. Pasta with duck sauce. Skewered meats slow cooked by the open fire. Local wine. Amazingly good value for quality food.

Osteria con cucina casalinga, situata nel cuore di Cison di Valmarino, antico borgo nel territorio del Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG.
We came here as a large group of friends, 2 of our group were locals and regulars here so we didn't order a thing....we sat back and trusted in our hosts. We were treated to a fabulous selection of what were typical seasonal dishes. Local charcuterie, pastas made with seasonal vegetables like pumpkin and artichoke and a lovely rabbit ragu. Local wines complimented the food and the service was warm and friendly. This is a typical local restaurant with great food so don't expect multilingual menus and pictures of the food...if you don't speak Italian practice your sign language or take Google with you . Pricier than many places we ate but lovely all the same. Thanks a lot for your beautiful words, we are happy you have enjoyed the food, the wines and the restaurant!Come back again to Cison: we wait for you at Osteria al Ponte!Regards from ItalyCristina

Great Italian restaurant in the forests, very friendly staff n delicious dishes, good choice at reasonable prices. We especially enjoyed their house-prosecco, the homemade pasta with fresh mushrooms, their absolutely out of this world panna cotta with berries and the pizzas in the evening. Real al fresco dining on the terrace under the stars!

Lovely intimate venue with lovely attentive staff. But we expected a little more from the food based on reputation. We took their veggie tasting menu but felt the kitchen was a little out of their depth. The dishes were ok, but more rustic than outstanding. Some of the pastry felt over cooked and a simple vegetable tart as the main event was disappointing.

Like the review banner explains, didn't have dinner here but rather the all-inclusive breakfast which was superb.the Italian version of âthe full-Englishâ: muesli then French toast and croissants, a selection of quite-delightful egg dishes, before they finished off with heuvos rancheros and then the proper full âItalianâ right-in-your-face-breakfast, (superb Tuscan sausages, freshly-cooked field mushrooms, delicious tomatoes off the vine, sautéed and peppered beautifully, beans done Italian-style, the whole accompanied by sour-dough bread), self-service buffet but prepared with Italian panache. I should imagine dinner there would be equally good. With its more formal surroundings and atmosphere than the excellent sister ristorante La Pizzeria Fucina, perfect for a romatic evening meal, or a family one with older teenagers.

Siamo aperti a pranzo e cena dal Mercoledì alla Domenica e Lunedì a pranzo. Il nostro turno di chiusura è Lunedì sera e tutto Martedì
This restaurant has a lovely relaxed local feel. A nice balance between creative dining and good local food. We were a group of seven and the staff are patient and helpful. The wine was good and the prices are reasonable. Ask if you can visit the extensive wine cellar (when I die I want to wake up in this cellar).

I remember with Italian friends some 25 years ago pulling off main roads to find hidden gems of restaurants serving just one dish for each course but all perfect and for pennies. Osteria del masot is one such. It is so cheap you wonder how they do it. There is no choice. No fish at all but just good honest home cooking. It is without frills and not to all tastes as so based on meat and herbs but we loved it

If you stay for a visit and do not stop by for a dinner at this place, you may have missed one of the best opportunities to taste what good northern Italian cuisine can provide. All antipasti and main courses were of superior quality and a gustatorial sensation. I don't want to lose more words about this fantastic place and just get an impression by this quality food by the pictures I took .An absolutely must!!! !

Cozy restaurant and bar serving traditional food and wines. Located in a small village among the prosecco hills, it has belonged to the same family since its opening in 1913. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.
This family driven restaurant could not be better in any way. Fantastic food, charming staff, good prices. We felt like we were welcomed home to this lovely family and they were very honoured to have us there. For me this was the best experience in the area. Our best recommendations!

Very friendly service. Beautiful setting. Excellent food. We took a choice of wonderful antipasti, then" primi" : delicate and tasty tortellini, delicious tagliatelle ai funghi. Every dish was high quality, well-presented and very enjoyable. It was an excellent lunch, I have only compliments for this ristorante. I will go back.
