I was so disappointed by the food here.. Bland and tasteless is my opinion...Chicken stack ,Empire stack and 2 kids meals...plus drinks over £50...NOW if you go Mon to Thurs they are offering kids meals at £1 each but that wont make the adult meals taste any better. The service was grand...no complaints there but I just dont rate the food at all..its just the same old ,same old as far as I can see.Dear findlindatavares,Thank you very much for your review. Family Sunday lunch, food was OK. Ruby's is very "run down" glass on doors into restaurant very dirty and wooden floor very sticky, needs a good clean and a lot of wasps around. Decided on the Sunday lunch menu 2 courses but our bill just didn't add up. We had a membership plus discount card for 15 percent off food. When I went back to check bill with staff they didn't have a clue, didn't offer to check it over. We were charged full prices for meals instead of 2 courses for 12.95. Not very helpful. Sorry now that I left a cash tip. Wondered why it was empty..... Don't think we'll be returning again.

Went in for a pizza over the weekend. Lovely as usual! BUT!!as I was leaving with my order the delivery driver was leaving at the same time got into his car with the food and in the back was a big German Shepherd dog! Don't think that's on helth and hygiene. Boke
