My advice is to check you bill before you pay despite the payement system in this restaurant that does not allow you to do that. Our family went for dinner the last night. The waiter brought us a glass of Champaign that we did not order. We refused and the waiter took it back. However, the glass of Champaign was included in the bill. We lady takes the payment prior to showing you the bill. I noticed additional 11 CHF after I paid that was too late.Dear Customer. Please note that the bill is shown to our customers before paying it. If there were a problem with yours, you should have said something to the hostess. We would have done something immediately. For your information, our champagne glass is at Chf18.-. We invite you to come back with your bill and we will pleased to reimburse you if there were any mistakes. With my best regards, Giuseppe Magnoli, restaurant manager.

Visited for lunch and enjoyed a really good meal with attentive and professional service throughout. Tosca will have been open for some three years this summer and has a couple of set menus best ordered in the evening perhaps however our lunch of suckling pig was well prepared and with some ice cream and sorbets for dessert left us wanting to return again soon for dinner. The restaurant is just a little out of the way from the centre of Geneva and parking is not easy but it is worth making the effort. Not too many open wines which is a slight drawback at lunch but they served a couple of small tasting dishes before our main course which was a definite plus. Please note that there is a cafe / bistro which may be a good option for lunch where there is more emphasis on pasta dishes. I can quite understand that the restaurant has one Michelin star and I strongly recommend that you try Tosca out next time you are in Geneva either for lunch or dinner.

I visited today La Gioconda for dinner with a customer. My local colleagues had recommended this as one of the few options on a Monday evening. This visit was really a memorable one, unfortunately not for positive reasons. From the arrival on we had the impression that we were not welcome. We were directed to a table on the terrace, then ignored for approx 10min, until i asked the waiter for the menu. The menu contains no drinks options, but i was also never asked if I wanted a wine card or similar. We ordered the main courses (a steak tartar and a salmon tartar) and i asked if they had a platter with mixed starters. "Only what's on the menu". Later i found out they had a beautiful salad and starters buffet...In between we were asked if we wanted to go inside, as rain was coming up. Since we were under a roof, we decided to stay. 10min later, it became quite windy, and suddenly we had the impression someone had turned on the lights - the waiter simply closed the roof and left us without shelter without any previous notice!!! We and 3 other tables just looked at each other, in disbelieve of what was happening! Since the service was far more concerned in taking the napkins from the tables as with the clients, we just took our plates and went inside. The food was very good. They even brought us both a spoonful of tartar upfront to taste if well-seasoned - a great service! But other than that, we were purely ignored... If they had given us minimum attention, we would have certainly ordered more, but seems there's no need for more revenue. It took us another 10min to grab the attention of the waiter - who asked us across other tables what we wanted. We decided that the bill was the last thing we wanted from this place...The "shower" i took when i left the restaurant and a bus passed close by, was a good picture how i felt bringing a client to such a place.Again, the food was good and the setting of the place is very nice, but what an embarassment offering my client such a (lack of) treatment...I'll certainly make sure none of my colleagues ever brings any clients to this place again!!!

Upon entering we were made welcome, and the waiter service and food did not disappoint.A nice corner bistro - Italian Restaurant with sunlight streaming through its large windows. Popular for its homemade pasta. I had the Ravioli while my husband opted for the Stuffed Eggplant. The cellar includes 30 wines by the glass.

It is a cosy and lively resturant in the heart of a residential area.It is a pricer italien resturant but worth it big portion sizes and lovely fresh ingredients.I recommend the Penne Vodka, Spaghetti aux morilles or the Penne au crabe delicious. They also have good lunch options during the week which are very well priced for the quality. The only thing i would be careful about before ordering they do serve very big portions so maybe get a starter to share ( they are also big).If you do end up having too much no worries they do doggy bags, so no wastel.

Absolutely AMAZING.. the food was so great, the tagliatelle with prawns in creamy sauce is something that change the entire experience of what you have consumed at other places, the starter combination of grilled vegetables, mozzarella cheese and smoked salmon was very tasty.I can sneak at other tables and wish i can pass by all tables and tastes everything.pizza are quiet delicious and fresh.Once you are served, you cant wait to take a photo.. you will immediately start enjoying every spoon and every bite.Staff are amazing also and the place gets busy quicklyWell done and definitely will revisit again and next time the Review will be with lots of photos and more descriptions

We speak French, Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese "MILAN" Restaurant in Geneva is not a 3 stars Michelin. We are just an Elegant Italian "Brasserie" working with the best ingredients to elaborate great dishes. Our mission is to give the best time pos
We dined here recently and thoroughly enjoyed every bite! The menu is extensive and we chose a variety of items. The saffron risotto â perfect consistency and delicious. Spaghetti Bolognaise was devoured as was the Penne Norma. The dessert menu was also extensive, two of us having ice-cream and one choosing the Plum Tart. It would be a good idea to book a table, but we were lucky that although they were busy, they took pity on us as it was a really wet evening, so they accommodated us. Very pleasant homely atmosphere with tables outside. Staff are really pleasant.
