We were 6 and we had a wonderful evening at Ristorante Cesare. We enjoyed each others company â not so much the food, and not so much the service. We had quail, we had "little pig" which turned out to be exactly that: A tiny small portion. As was the fact for the quail. The dishes? OK, but not fantastic. My wife chose chocolate fondant for dessert and found it extremely good: "The best dessert I've had for a looong time". The waiter told us it would be 10 minutes to wait for it to be made, but it didn't matter: My wife loved it. But, we ordered two chocolate cakes, and when we asked for it after 40 minutes the waiter offered nothing but lame excuses, no apologies. On the contrary, he turned defensive and left. Anyhow â this restaurant has a premium location but there is definitely room for improvement on other categories.

Recent reviews from other customers were less than positive, but my experience here was simply outstanding - and i am a very demanding customer, not easily satisfied when it comes to food at all! Righi, however, made my taste buds very happy tonight. Each dish was incredibly refined in its flavour, texture and presentation. One example being crispy pieces of eggplant on a wonderful tomato soup with a burrata cream. All simple enough ingredients but prepared in a new way which made this starter memorable. Lovely and elegant setting, excellent wine, attentive but discrete service. I chose this place based on their good reviews, but it was a bit disappointing. The décor is really old and lacks any kind of style and the view is almost non-existent. Food was average and quite expensive. It felt more like a canteen rather than a restaurant. I wouldnât come back.

A very romantic restaurant like in a cellar in the rock, nice decorated, felted atmosphere,for a perfect evening and a delicious menus; excellent antipasti, and pastas with vongoli (mussels), very good meat, roast or lamb, celebrated with a good wine and at last for gourmets, a great dessert. This place was recommended to my husband and I by our Airbnb host. We definitely felt like we lucked out on this place. A pleasant and wonderful ambience with friendly staff and very reasonably priced dishes. This place is a must when visiting San Marino. Opens at 7pm though. we lucked out on this place. We tried the 3 towers lunch set. It costs 19 Euro. It consists of a salad, lasagna, suckling pig and a cup of 3-flavoured ice-cream. The portion is decent. Food is good and the view is nice. The only thing is that the suckling pig tasted more like roasted pig.

We made a detour to San Marino on our drive up the coast and after a quick search decided on sandwiches at Il Matterello. It was a great choice. Excellent, quick service and seats available. The sandwiches are on flatbread and similar to a hearty quesadilla. My daughter and I split a delicious prosciutto crudo one and we still didn't finish it all. The friendly, helpful staff delivered a Nutella one the topped off the meal and will guarantee I will pass on my recommendations of this great little shop.

Absolutely fantastic! This is now my favourite restaurant, the food was innovative and just incredible. The staff friendly and helpful. If I had to find something to criticise then would have to say it was very warm but that morning it was cold and windy so the fire was on but by lunchtime the sun had come out. But even with that I will be a regular, this restaurant will be hard to beat.

I came here for a chilled relaxed dinner in the Rimini countryside, host very welcoming. Attentive service throughout the meal. Great location for families with kids due to huge terrace and play area. I had strozzapreti with ragu that tasted authentic, my girlfriend had passatelli with tuna and black olives, which was very fresh. Grilled and gratin vegetable plate was plentiful and tasty. Highly recommend for an authentic meal not far from Rimini town.Dear Sir, thank you very much for your appreciation, it is has been a pleasure welcoming you and have a nice chit chat in english!We wish you a good journey in Rimini.. and in Valmarecchia, of course!
