We had dinner here one cold evening before gong to the Lyric for a movie. Other restaurants were crowded and we'd never tried Milano's Family Restaurant. The place was empty. The hostess seemed surprised to see us at 5:45 but immediately seated us in a warm dining area. My wife had a calzone, I ordered a Stromboli, both were small. They both arrived a few minutes later, piping hot. And delicious. We ended up bringing half of each meal home for lunch. Tab came to $23. Wifi (ask for password). No alcohol. This place is in a difficult location. There have been several other restaurants located here in recent years. It's easy to find but not near other stores. For friendly service and good food give him a try!

I ordered 3 pizzas online and they were ready for pickup at the time I had requested. The pizzas were hot and ready to eat. They are quite ample with toppings and have never gotten our order wrong. Nice staff too.

haven't stopped into alys for some time...but decided to recently. there was one lady working the dining area, the phone, the register, ect...so needless to say there was a lot of waiting. the food was just kinda bland tasting. it just didn't seem like it was seasoned very well. we had philly cheese steak and calzones. it wasn't bad, just bland. I left feeling disappointed.

Met friends for a birthday dinner. We were seated promptly, the table was sticky, there were crumbs still on the table from the last customers. The plates were also dirty/sticky as well. The Staff was loud, you could hear them in the kitchen arguing with each other. The overall experience was poor.

Our waiter was friendly and kept our drinks full and the salad coming. The food was mediocre at best. The pasta tasted like it had been cooked hours before an kept warm. The sausage was burned on the ends, the salads had barely enough dressing on them. The only food that was passable was the children's. It will be a long time if ever that we go there again.

The place always looks busy so we thought we would try it for the first time. Restaurant is fairly large and spacious so even though the parking lot was almost full, there was plenty of seating. Staff was friendly. Food was good. Nothing spectacular. I would eat here again.
