So just dropped $34 for a small pizza, salad, and toasted ravioli app delivered. The pizza crust was decent, somewhat thick, with large and plentiful toppngs so overall ok. They knew it was a hotel and I didn't ask for paper plate or a napkin, but that would have been nice. I did however ask for dressing for my salad which did not come and pretty much rendered the $8.75 salad flavorless and dry. That was disappointing. So between a fairly steep price, no plates, and no salad dressing I would have to say will not order again.

Had an excellent dinner here while staying overnight in Springfield. We had just spent a week in Maine and were ready for a non-lobster meal. Adolfo's delivered on that! Delicious stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer and then Pasta Florentine and Veal Cappicola for the entrees. Nice cocktails, too and the service was very good! The building is really nice inside - retaining the old tin ceiling. Would eat there again if in the area.

I think their main dishes are stronger than their pizza; it may be the sauce, but I just don't love the way it tastes. I did like the entree I had (chicken marsala). We've only had delivery from them, which was on time and the food was still warm. The delivery driver was very nice, as well.

Frigo's is a family owned and operated business committed to excellence. We provide specialty foods with the highest quality service to our customers. After doing business in Western New England for over sixty years, our reputation is well known.
Review is ONLY for how they present Gift Baskets. Buyer beware: Year after year, we have received Frigo gift baskets at Christmas from relatives. As years have gone by, the quality of the food choices in the bags are nothing special, majority of products packed can be found at any grocery or discount store like Ocean State Job Lot or Christmas Tree shops. There was a time when receiving the Frigo baskets was really exciting as there was a nice variety of unusual & interesting products to sample. This year, the Blue Cheese salad dressing was expired, had an expiration date of October 2018, it was quickly thrown out; the meat had NO expiration date, which scared me, so that was thrown out; the sharp provolone BelGioioso Cheese states it has to be refrigerated but of course it wasn't as its in a gift basket. Even though the cheese was cryo-vac'd it was not a good flavor to it, the color wasn't quite right & we buy that brand all the time. The date was good but it had a funky taste, thrown out.So 3 products thrown out. I am at an impasse at what to do, tell the relative or just accept the gift and let it go. I can imagine these baskets cost a fortune; frankly after this last basket, Frigo is the last place I would go to purchase a gift basket for someone. I don't know which store makes the baskets, no idea but I will stay away from either, or, nor would I recommend. My only regret is I did not take pictures of the expired blue cheese dressing & the non dated meat & strangely colored cheese so I could post them with the review to prove authenticity. Makes me wonder how many people get them for gifts and do not let the gift giver know.

First time to an Olive Garden (one of the only restaurants near our hotel). Absolutely the last time. Boring though edible salad. Terrible butter (?) soaked bread. And the pasta (2 different dishes) horrible. I normally eat everything but this I couldn't eat even half. To top it off, so very noisy. Can't believe people like this place.

First visit in many years; went on a Monday night and we each ordered the 3-course special; $12.99 eggplant parmesan started with bruschetta and salad; my wife had the $18.99 salmon starting with meatballs appetizer and salad. The appetizers and the entrees were very tasty with generous portions; we found the bread to be rather tasteless and the salad dressings also tasteless. Still, we enjoyed our meals and the service was really pleasant and accommodating.

If you want a great meal this isn't a bad choice and I have never had hotter food. The bread was amazing though they only give you one smallish piece and don't come back and offer more. The only thing not to like here is the level of sound. We were there on a Friday and it was pretty full. The tables are a bit packed in but I don't think that was the entire reason for the loudness.. The acoustics are what they are but it was very hard to hear.5 stars for food and presentation...

Bottega is our go-to restaurant when seeing movies in West Springfield. Cozy, small bistro atmosphere; daily fresh specials, including lots of fish options. Original menu was Italian, but with new owners some Thai items have been added to the menu. Most everything is very good.

the local's frequent Milano's, as it is definitely off the normal tourist track. actually easily found from I-291, St James exit. parking can be an issue, as the lot is small, but parking is available on side streets without a hassle.very friendly staff. somewhat noisy, but cheerful. standard Italian fare. portions are huge. I had stuffed eggplant, quite delicious. they serve it with a small house salad or soup. those who had the tortellini really loved them. comes with a side of pasta. you can't finish this meal, unless you bring a huge appetite. I was here with 9 others, and everyone enjoyed the meal, including some who tried the pizza. good drinks selection, full bar service.

The test of any good restaurant is a busy Friday night. We arrived early, just ahead of the crowd. Service was friendly and not rushed despite the packed house. We lingered for a bit, catching up with family over our drinks. We ordered a large pizza, with 3 toppings. It was delicious. The crust and the sauce were outstanding, good testimony to a consistent, well run establishment.Red Rose pizza is like none other!
