Paid a visit to Filipettoâs in little chalfont for light lunch and was bitterly disappointed by the appalling attitude of the staffbehind the counter. No prices are shown for the food options on display for sale in the chiller cabinets. Received verbal price information after a polite request but it was delivered with rudeness from the member of staff serving. This was utterly unnecessary - but of the aubergine parmigiana ordered one portion was served semi heated and the second cold - clearly NOT having been warmed up ...let alone heated up properly. On checking the middle of the food it was still very cold.A very polite request was made to heat the food through thoroughly. The food was returned barely tepid in parts and cold in others. This is not good practice in any event, but the unpleasantness that went with grudgingly putting the food back into the microwave and the belligerent demeanour that it had to be done was unacceptable. There were other issues - but suffice to say, even though the food whilst pricey is tasty, one does not need to be exposed to a lack of efficiency, to rudeness and a to combative attitude before obtaining edible food at an establishment.Will not be returning particularly as there are even better options in Little Chalfont.The owner, who was not in attendance, should take note of the attitude of his staff in his absence - it does this cafe no favours.

Because of jet lag we overslept and woke up at 9.05pm when the hotel restaurant was closed. My wife had noticed a pizza place earlier in the day so we raced down to it and had a superb pizza. Would definitely go there again when in the area.

excellent, buzzing with activity, coffee,lunch time, and afternoon tea-time coffee shop situated on the first floor of M and Co high street department store. Easily accessible from main town car park, Pedestrianised high street, and metropolitan line underground station.Once you have climbed the wide staircase or ridden in the lift (ideal for wheelchairs) the atmosphere of satisfied families and small groups enjoying their unpressurised time with quality hot or cold food, carefully selected pastries desserts and drinks and the attentive staff ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience takes over and wets the appetite to start your selection and participate in the pleasure for yourself.

Been to this site/branch three times now, and each time it gets better. Tried the char-grilled Tuna - awesome!!Thanks to a wonderful waiter (Martin) who gave us a separate room and was very tentative and recommended dishes for us all.

We are located in the heart of Berkhamsted on Lower kings road just off the high street on the way to the mainline station. Dining is set out over two floors with a huge beautiful 200 year old olive tree situated on the first floor adorned with twinkling

Given voucher for birthday, never been before. Sat upstairs, busy but felt calm. Staff friendly, service very slick. Good choice of menu. Son had liver, which was very tender and cooked as requested. Prawn and crab linguine really good portion, all food hot. Dessert good selection creme brulee and tiramisu. Will visit again, hopefully soon.

The food there is divine! The service is great ranging from 15 - 30 minute wait I highly recommend the eggs benedict and all the variations. The staff are friendly .
