Great food must be added!
Having eaten here on a regular basis over the last few years, we visited only to find new owners. The lady was very off putting by telling us that things were being done differently now! The food was dreadful. Having left visiting it for a while, on Saturday we decided to give it another try - it was dark, dingy and smelt of stale grease. No menus were on the tables, and as only one other person was in, the staff were waiting and watching whilst we stood and looked at the boards. In the end we decided to just have a drink, and it took a good 5 minutes to arrive. What a change from the friendly and welcoming place it used to be. We definitely won't be going again.

At Pizza Hut Restaurants, freedom is our attitude. Our state of mind. It's being able to do your thing. It's about our famous Lunchtime Buffet, Ice Cream Factory and free Salad Bar. Days out with the kids and nights in on the sofa (we offer collection at
I went through the effort to re-set my password, so i could log in and leave a review for this place.Absolutely Terrible restaurant. Skegness store specific....During our Visit, the salad bar was very poorly stocked, We arrived Mid-Evening, and everything appeared to have been sat in there since opening that day. We ordered 2 x Individual Half and Half pizzas, to which we were told 15 minutes later we couldn't have Half and Half on Individual, and we had to have Sharing Pizzas.Pizza's arrived after what seemed an eternity, it appears Ray Charles is cutting their pizza's. When you order half and half, you would expect that the pizza would be cut along the armistice line between the 2 toppings.... with a side order of cheesy fries...And i'm not even joking when i say there were 18 chips in this bowl....yes, the portion arrived some comically small, we counted the contents....We paid a fiver for this, quite frankly, insulting portion.Toilets were absolutely disgusting, i'm ashamed to admit i had to use the disabled toilet! To say this restaurant had a Re-Fit just a couple of weeks ago (I drive past this store twice a day) Toilet doors with no locks or toilet paper and what appeared to be Piss all other the floor in both the Mens and the Disabled toilets. It made me chuckle as i read the "These toilets are checked hourly" sign as i proceeded to drop the kids off in the pool.We parted with the best part of £50 (FIFTY F**KING QUID!)Will not be returning to store ever again...every year we try and give this store "another go", and every single time, its a disappointment

Tonight we visited with 4 adults, 4 under 16s and 3 under 5s. this restaurant has a very large range of food varieties to choose from such as chinese good, indian , to pizza/burgers/steak/chips. i would recommend this restaurant for couples or groups of adults, not for familyâs with young children as itâs not the type of atmosphere that you can sit and comfortably enjoy your meal with toddlers running around. the staff were very lovely. would also like to comment that it is very expensive for toddlers to eat (£6!!) considering the only thing they really eat is a small plate of chips and an ice cream!

1st visit to this restaurant on recommendation from a friend for our anniversary dinner. Location good and with parking, service was very good, very polite staff, food tasted really good but found portions on the large side, would recommend this place and we are planning our next visit.

Booked table for 3 for birthday celebration. Starters ordered pear and goat cheese salad which was so small it was barely 2 or 3 mouthfuls, the hot Advocardo was not hot, main course the vegetarian pancake was like warm, the 3 cheese pizza was soggy doughy thick and really unpleasant, the vegetarian risotto was barely warm and congealed. The garlic bread whilst hot was dry and tasteless. The service was very poor. In fact this was such an awful experience we didn't dare risk a sweet. This is a restaurant NEVER to be repeated. Had it not been my mum's birthday and she didn't want a fuss I would have made a real issue about this appalling experience.

Having driven past this restaurant many times we decided to book a table after high season in the area so as to avoid the busy period. On entering, this seemed like a good idea as there were only two other tables in use as we entered. We ordered our drinks then our choices off the menu.I looked for a spare rib starter as most Italian restaurants serve this, but there were none. My wife stated she fancied Canneloni as a main course but again this was not available.None of the starters appealed to use so we opted for a pizza garlic bread to share, after it arrived (after a long wait, to say there were only another six customers in) we tucked in, only to find that it did not taste of garlic whatsoever, it was simply a pizza base with herbs on with a little Rosemary on. We tried to alert either of the waitresses, but one was taking a telephone take away order, the other was chatting to one of the two cooks. Finally we resorted to shouting over to receive attention. We explained we were not happy with this tasteless starter only to be informed that this was how they served their Focaccia. That would have been acceptable IF we had ordered Focaccia but that was not listed on the menu, so how does that work ? The waitress did offer to remove the item from the bill which see did.Our mains were very nice, Lobster Ravioli and Chicken wrapped in ham. Desserts were also extremely nice followed by a coffee and a liqueur coffee. Our bill came to around £54, drinks were half a carafe of house red and a pint of coke, the coke was £3!Would we eat here again ? Maybe but with no starter as when you order garlic bread you kind of expect to get bread with garlic on it.
