The restaurant is located by the market place in an alley. They have a couple of outdoor tables. Inside it is fairly small with a two floor layout. Service was good. I tried Tomato Soup as the starter and the Parma Pizza as the main. The soup was great, but the pizza was not up to expectation, The crust was too thick and the parma ham did not taste perfect.

We've spent one night in Rinteln as a stopover.Based on previous reviews I went to this place and wasn't disappointed.The food is good with nice portions. The service is friendly and efficient.There is much to choose from and there is a nice view from the terrace.Very much recommend.

Wie immer nette Bedienung, das Essen kam schnell an den Tisch und schmeckte super.Der "Biergarten" drauÃen unter den Weinreben war bei dem schönen Wetter sehr schön.Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Mit Freunden kehrten wir im Kastanienhof ein. In einem separaten Eck des Restaurants saÃen wir an einem Tisch für 6 Personen. Das Personal war auf Zack und sehr freundlich.Unsere Vegetarierfraktion bekam selbst mitgebrachte Veggie-Schnitzel zubereitet, keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Die bestellten Menüs haben allen sehr gut geschmeckt, die Sauce Hollandaise à l'orange ist sündhaft lecker (unbedingt mal probieren!!!!).Als Dessert gab es Eis in verschiedenen Variationen (mit Baileys! Yummy!!!).Auf dem Tisch lag auch ein Flyer, der über Stippgrütze-Specials und Grünkohl-Buffet informierte. Wir beschlossen spontan, von unserem kleinen Bürobetrieb die Weihnachtsfeier dort zu feiern.

Das Essen bietet viel Abwechslung und schmeckt gut. Das Ambiente im Lokal ist toll.Der Bringdienst braucht zwar immer recht lange, aber es lohnt sich dennoch. Pinocchio hat im Sommer auch einen gemütlichen AuÃenbereich.

I visited this restaurant recently and really have no complaints. Ok, it is not haute cuisine, but the service is friendly and efficeient, the ambience very nice, and above all the meal was quick, cheap and tasty. I shall return.
