Made reservation for Anniversary dinner. Met by Brandi who showed us nice table. Menus immediately. Calli made wonderful Martinis. Lemon Drop and Cucumber. Both women waited on us without missing a beat. Food was prepared to perfection. I had a Penne pasta with bolognese sauce and added a sausage and a meatball. Huge portion and hot temperature. Took home over half and dined next day for lunch and dinner. Dinner salads were large and fresh. Choice of House and Caesar. I don't like Caesar but this was Good. Bride ordered a Salmon in Dill Sauce. She prefers fish well done and dry. It came not to her liking. They fixed it immediately. Surprised us with a decorated plate and dish of Creme Brûlée. It was So good! The Bistro is a store front restaurant. Not fancy but nice table cloths, napkins, dishes and utensils. Small bar that overlooks cooking area. Everything clean and neat. Servers packed the take home. I hate when I ask to take home and they bring me a Do-it-yourself box. That cuts the tip immediately. Cost for lovely dinner with three Martinis - sixty dollars.

On our way to the Hoover Dam from Las Vegas we stopped at Vinny's Pizzeria and experienced not only a warm welcome but the true Italian atmosphere and also a great tasting pizza along with a nice Italian Chianti! I greatly recommend Vinny's pizza if you drive through Boulder City, Nevada. Make a stop you will not be disappointed!! Best Pizza Ever!!

Entrees come with either salad or homemade soup and hot yummy bread. We had a variety of entrees which were all very delicious including: Fettuccine Alfredo with added chicken, Shrimp Scampi over angel hair, Penne with Shrimp, Asparagus & Mushrooms, salmon fillet with green beans and potatoes (they happily substituted pasta for me). Entrees were generous and reasonably priced ranging from $16-$20. If we could,we would have ordered the tiramisu, but too full. Friendly and accommodating staff. The Chef came out and checked on our meals. Will return!
