Best Italian restaurant in Pompei: starters, first dishes, meat, cakes and wine from all around Italy
I have come here on several occasions and the food is excellent and is always a good meal. It is right by the Pompei Central station and the center of town .The steaks are excellent and high quality meats. I have had their pizza which is also amazingly scrumptious. They have indoor and outdoor seating which is nice on not so hot days to be outside with a little breeze.Service is excellent. I would say it is one of the best restaurants in Pompei I have eaten at.So if you are in the area come to this restaurant if you want a good meal .Dear Melissa, thanks for choosing us. These words are a further incentive to do better for our customers: when a guest of Mercato Pompeiano appreciates our location, our attention to customers and the quality of our products, we can only feel gratified and continue to do our best to offer a unique experience.See you soon.La direzione - Mercato Pompeiano

Is located in the municipality of Trecase, in the province of Naples, right in the heart of the Vesuvius National Park. This is a magical place, with wonderful natural scenery and breath-taking views, certain to lift away any cares and absorb your attenti
Really enjoyed the wine tasting the the excellent meal we had during this trip. The wines were very good and fresh. The red reserve was outstanding.. Make you visit the Russo Family winery when you are in the area.

My husband and I visited Dolfie only yesterday. The service was absolutely perfect... The waiter was charming and swift and the owner/manager spoke amazing English and made us feel beyond welcome. The food was faultless and full of Italian flavour. We barely speak any Italian but we gave it ago and that was recognised, as we tried to speak their language there was only patience and understanding. Fabulous experience. We will visit in January and bring the children too. Thank you for a wonderful dinner. It was a serious pleasure. Molto buono!!! Semplicemente grazie per aver dedicato del vostro tempo nel recensirci. Mi auguro che quando tornerete il mio inglese sarà migliorato. Con affetto vi invio sinceri saluti :)

The restaurant is in Pompei in front of the archeological ruins entrance, Porta Anfiteatro. Small and welcoming location, furnished in according to Pompeian tradition, with kitchen view. The cellar is well-stocked of local (Campania) wines.
A comfortably-sized restaurant; not big enough for busloads of cruise excursions, but just the right size for the chef to accommodate. We found this restaurant mid-afternoon, for a very late lunch after visiting Herculaneum. We were very hungry, everything was closed. For some reason I thought this was a sandwich shop so I went in to buy a few sandwiches. The chef, (although I didn't recognize him as such at the time) was eating his own meal. He graciously took care of us. I was struck by the menu. Many traditional dishes...although things I hadn't seen in the previous almost three weeks of my trip in Italy. The zucca and fagioli was delicious, so was the bruschetta, our pastas very tasty. (Green AND black olives in the puttanesca!) The next night we decided to try some place else for dinner, and after strolling the length of the street and not finding anything that looked as good-- cavernous places where a barker stood outside to entice diners with "We have pizza and pasta!" we returned to Stuzzico by Lucius. The zucca and fagioli didn't disappoint the second time; steaks and the evening's special -- a tuna steak -- were delightful. The tuna steak might be the most delicious I have ever eaten. The chef has a strong sense of what he wants his restaurant to be, yet he also wants to satisfy his diners. This can be a difficult balance yet he succeeded very well.Recommendation: Tiramisu and Limoncello. (You'll thank me later.)

The Restaurant Il Pozzo e Il Pepe is located just below the Vesuvio just steps from historic city Pompei, in a breathtaking setting, from where you can admire the majesty of Vesuvius and immerse yourself with the look in the Gulf of Naples. Built in '800

Would highly recommend eating here when in Pompeii. This is the best meal we had whilst in Italy - the pasta with sage and butter sauce was outstanding. The boar soup was also great.I'd recommend booking in advance as I don't think they open every night.Very laid back service but great food.

Na'Pasta is for everyone. Tourists, workers, families and children. For those who do not want to wait long lines at the restaurant for lunch or dinner and at the same time do not intend to give up enjoying a delicious portion of pasta. In addition to past
My husband and I went to this place for lunch, and the pasta was nothing short of phenomenal (possibly the best we've had in our entire trip). The staff were friendly and gave us an off the menu dish that blew us away. If you're after a cheap meal to make your day, look no further.
