The essence of the Southern Italian Trattoria ... La Puglia, Calabria, Sicilia ... Pizza, Pasta, Fiorentina, Ossobuco, Tiramisu ... tutti della Nonna e della Strada ... Over 150 Wines in our wall to wall Cellar ... We promise you'll never forget us !
We initially choose this restaurant due to its high rating on trip advisor. However, the food is not that great, we have had much better Italian food for half the price in Colombia. Since we are from Europe, we know what Italian food tastes like. Our pasta was boring, just noodles with cheese (and additional mini shrimp for 17k cop), and the pizza was descent but nothing special. Price/quality wise I would simply not recommend this restaurant, the food is overpriced and the service is also not worth the money.Hello Heida,I am so sorry you did not like our food. We do respect everyones opinions and tastes and healthy criticism is always welcome even if differs entirely with the big majority of our diners' opinions. What we DO NOT respect and consider utterly offensive is the insinuation that you, just because you are from Europe (The Netherlands, beautiful country, famous for its dairy, tulips, stroopwafles, pancakes, windmills, very nice people, etc. but not so much for it's gastronomy ... I never seen a Dutch Restaurant ... ), that makes you an expert in Italian food while we, the South American savages, your hosts, have no idea about Italian food ... And ⬠22 per person expensive ??? ... really ? You have all the right to your opinion and if we failed to live up your expectation, please forgive us ... but DO NOT offend us !Welcome any time to give each other another chance.Andrei

Finding the place is not easy because there no good street signs showing where the entrance to the parking garage is located ! The restaurant and shop are attractive, the food we ordered was really good, prices on the high side but wines are outrageouslyexpensive (a glass of o good argentine red wine cost approx. USD 12).

My husband and I walked over from our hotel after making a dinner reservation the day before. Excellent location and very friendly service. The English menu was helpful. We shared the Cacio and Pepe pasta which was delicious. We also had the asparagus and hearts of palm appetizers. It was a delightful dinner, yummy pasta. Enjoy!

What a fun little place! We ate here on our very last day of our vacation. There are tons of menu items including pastas, pizzas and lasagnas. The portions are hearty, yummy and plentiful. The service is kind and friendly, although the staff do not speak any English. Loved the decor too. Very kid-friendly place as there are old tome Nintendo games here, board games and colouring books. Bathroom facilities are very clean as well. My favourite dish was the brownie with ice cream!

Located near the medical campus of Juan Corpas university this small restaurant has an Italian chef from northern Italy cooking. They have regular luncheon specials with hearty amount of food, and good sized menu offerings beyond. Limited drinks service. Pasta was properly cooked but sauce could have had a bit more punch and chees with pasta dish would have been appreciated. The desserts were good in number and excellent.

Traditional and tasty Pizza and pasta in Historic downtown, La Candelaria. If you want a cozy and friendly place where to eat good pizza and pasta come here.
We went here for our last night in Colombia, not a Colombian ending, but an incredible one non the less. The owner is a fantastic host who goes overboard to make sure you feel at home, giving recommendations and explaining everything on the menu. He speaks English but also helped us practice our Spanish. The food did not disappoint, go for anything with the homemade pesto (that was amazing), the gnocchi and pizza were also really good. For two starters, two main dishes and two drinks we paid 77.000 (not the cheapest but definitely worth it!). Do not hestitate to go here! Thanks for your kind comments.

After trying Entraña, Entrecôte and Bistecca Fiorentina, We know is our new favorite place for dinner, specially if it's about meat. Even the potatoes and salad were exceptional.
