Mezzogiorno was good but way too much sauce, Dolce Vita was excellent but more of a Jersey vibe, Boccon di Vino was just right. The caprese salad was fresh and delicious. The fried calamari was just ok, however the pastas and sauces were delectable. Especially the spaghetti vongole and salmon ravioli. There were only 3 reasonably priced good wines and all were out of stock, however in a classy move they only charged us the price of the bottle we wanted for a better Nero dâAvola. All restaurants should learn from them because it allowed us to enjoy the wine so much that we ordered a second bottle. Win win! The service was excellent if not bordering on over attentive. Even their mariachi band was the best in PV so far.

Despite dozens of visits to PV, we hadnât eaten here and we were missing out! This was a nice break from the local fareand pizza and pastas which could sell well in Chicago. Despite missing out on the limited seating in AC, we had fans and windows to mitigate the heat. Service was very good and attentive. We stuck with beer and wine so no bartendibg assessment can be offered. The empanadas were very good.... veggie and meat in a delicious pasty shell. The roasted Caesar salad had a nice anchovy tinged dressings day was great.The two pizzas were excellent, great crust, cheese and toppings. We had a combo of mushrooms, artichokes, black olives and turkey ham. We also shared the veggie which was nicely topped with an array of veggies. The lasagna was also excellent, with an almost crispy burnt cheese top, fresh pasta and a flavorful red sauce. Spaghetti In red sauce with little meatballs was the forth choice and the pasta was so fresh.No room for dessert and a modest cost of 30$us pp including liquor and tip. We were recommended this restaurant by a Italian/American ex pat living in PV, impromptu dining and couldnât have been more pleased.Excellent service, very good quality white wine ( though weâre happy drinking local drinks, the wine was excellent) very good value, lovely tranquil location, popular with ex pats Canada US and UK. Lovely location, tasty pizza and very reasonable. Absolutely recommend.

A very intimate restaurant with absolutely stunning, gorgeous views of the Pacific and itâs one-of-a-kind sunsets. Between the six of us, not one person could find one single minuscule thing to complain about. It was delicious. The service was impeccable and violin soloist created the most romantic and relaxed setting. We will most definitely return and highly recommend La Cappella!!! La Cappella will be always pleased to assist you!

Sometimes things chage after a coupld of years but not this place. We tried this restaurant for the 1st time 2 years ago and had to go back when in PV again. it is still fantastic.Dear Heidimoe,Thank you so much for your return visit. We try to maintain the highest quality in ingredients sourced daily. That plus we are true to the strict guidelines from our homeland. Pasta and Pizza are to be prepared in certain manners, with lots of fresh ingredients, passion for cooking... and NEVER with Pineapple on the Pizza!! ;-)L'Angolo di Napoli

We have flown down to Puerto Vallarta three times to enjoy for Chef Chanan's amazing pasta and Natalie's delicious desserts. The food is amazing and the last visit I had the most amazing local fish with beurre blanc sauce and sweet corn. Pastas are all amazing, loved the squid ink chittarra, it tasted like a gift from the sea, so fresh and the flavors were fabulous. You must leave room for dessert, during our visits we usually end up ordering one of each but the lemon meringue tart is our absolute favorite. The staff could not be nicer, the overall experience is wonderful. And to top it off, the prices are quite reasonable. Next door they have now opened a fun taco bar that is outstanding, so if you have all day, go have tacos for lunch explore PV and then go back for a scrumptious dinner! I will most certainly keep flying down just to visit Tre Piatti and Don Chaya!!
