Great atmosphere, food, location. I can not say the same about the service that we received from the waiter Elvira. She was not in the right mood, don't know what the local Romanian language. On every answer she was answering in Russian, with bad attitude.The dessert was very original, like a broken pottery with flower. 5 stars for the dessert.

The menu is divers enough for most foreigners. The soups, and salads are my favorite choices. However, there are a large assortment of pizzas, and main courses. There is a place for children to play both inside and outside. There is a good assortment of coffee and tea as well as deserts.The wait staff are good and friendly. Sometimes it is a little noise but not unbearable. They claim to have wifi but it is so slow that it is unusable. If you are a foreigner and visit Balti you will enjoy Andy's.

The best place in BÄlÈi,the food is amazing.We have olso smoked cool hookah on terrace. Staff is very proffesional and high leveled service.
