We would like to clarify the misunderstanding you described. On Saturday, the 14.09.2019, we had a closed company in our restaurant. Initially our co-worker thought you and your 3 friends were part of this private event. Accordingly, we asked you to leave the venue at a later date. We ask for your understanding that it came to language barriers and the misunderstanding.

No English menu....was the first stumbling block.None of the staff could explain the 'Italian' menu terminology in English but may be more successful in German?Another helpful German patron tried to help out, as best he could. The next was no Master, Visa or Amex credit cards accepted.Be prepared for an unwarranted struggle, to enjoy this excellent fare.Suggestions to the owners would be obvious.

I ended up in bad wiessee and a cold and wet November day and was keen to find somewhere to hide! So many places were closed and this was the first restaurant I found open. The service was fast and friendly- the waiter did his best to speak English for me. I ordered a ham and mushroom pizza which was freshly made and excellent quality. They have a selection of home made deserts and ice cream too. Good range of drinks and some lovely beers. Amazingly cheap for the location too. Would definitely go back.

My granddaughter and I were staying in the hotel above the restaurant, so decided to give it a try. It is trying to look like a typical Italian restaurant and making a good job of it. We were early so had a choice of tables looking toward the snow covered mountains. No starters chosen, I had a trad spag carbonara and my gd a pizza calzone. Both came quick and were delicious. I had a trad tirrimissou. We drank beer and cokes. The waitress spoke very good English and was polite and quick. Whole meal, inc drinks was â¬33. Very happy and would recommend.

Eiscafé allegria una gelateria e caffetteria italiana in Tegernsee
If you are in the mood for a delicious dessert or specialty coffee, look no further. We had excellent ice cream deserts there paired with cappuccinos. The desserts are huge, so you may want to consider sharing. Our server was super friendly and quick. We enjoyed our sweets very much.

The service at this place was only outpaced by the food which were both fantastic. A quick walk from our apartment and near the outskirts of the town. The staff speaks German and English. The head cook makes his rounds often to check up on things. Lots of locals, of which we are not, which should show you the appeal for repeat customers. A little pricey, but it was totally worth the evening and fine dinning. We had the Pene pasta and the Risotto which was done multa bene!

During summer holidays we want to enjoy every lunch and dinner, therefore I read plenty of reviews in Tripadvisor and in most cases it helps, but not this time. I know pizzeria/trattoria Da Francesco since many years and you could not predict if they cook today tasty or poor. This month we were not lucky, salads and pasta tasted like food in the office canteen, when you eat it because no other choice left, and you convince yourself that food is OK and there are plenty places where food is even worse. No reason to come again, there are so really good places on Tegernsee!
