Visiting my daughter in Chatswood and was keen to try some Japanese food whilst catching up with her. At my daughter's recommendation, we decided to have dinner here on a Monday night. We arrived at 6pm, (restaurant does not take reservations) but still had a good selection of tables to choose from and got a nice little nook. The ordering is via a tablet setup for each table and pretty straight forward. My daughter ordered the Wagyu Sukiyaki Telshoku set dish whilst I ordered the Double Unagi Hitsumabushi (double serve of eel) dish. We both ordered the Asari Miso Shiru, which contains baby clams. Dessert was Matcha Anmitsu. The food came out promptly and the presentation was outstanding, although I felt the way my main dish was served, could have been a little lower. The food was delicious by the way, and our finished dishes was also cleared away promptly by the ever alert waitresses.I would return again!

AGFG 2018 Chef Hat Restaurant. Where fine dining meets casual elegance. Authentic Italian regional dishes, impressive wine list & stunning City Harbour views
We went for lunch at this very expensive restaurant. Although the food was moderately tasty it was very overpriced. We ordered the scampi which was MP on the menu. They did not tell us the price and proceeded to charge us $40 per tiny half of scampi. When we addressed the issue when the bill came the staff said they couldnât help us. Although the manager was apologetic, he said the owner was working in kitchen and refused to discuss the prices. Super disappointed in this restaurant and definitely will not be back.we tried many dishes at this restaurant and none of them worth the price.Hello There,Thank you for posting a very unfair review. The above doesnât not match with your comments made in the restaurant today. Let me get one thing straight with you. No one likes people who lie!You ordered a pasta dish with JUMBO SCAMPI at 900 grams with salmon pearls at $160. You enjoyed every bit of your meal up until you received the bill. We did give you a discount of $10 off the price. Even though we did not have too! We sold many many scampi and pastas at this price and we only had compliments, just like you had given today! Obviously you do not eat at this type of High end restaurants in Sydney and when the menus states MP it means the market moves up and down. Otto in the city have lobster pasta at MP and that is charged at $250 when you ask the waiter. We do not tell the price as people find it offensive. If you were concerned about the price, before ordering ASK the waiter the price. We treat all our patrons with respect. Today we respected you by giving you a discount but you cannot expect to have JUMBO SCAMPI for FREE!Therefore you are not welcome to return to my humble restaurant because how you treated my staff who work very very hard to please our very much respected customers. We wish you all the very best to find scampi cooked to perfection overlooking the Sydney harbour with well mannered managers and passionate people. .

I went here with a group for a work dinner. It was a Friday evening so expectedly busy. The service was disjointed in the beginning being slow to offer drinks, explain the menu, bring drinks, and bread etc. After a slow start, the service mostly flowed, although my friend is still waiting for her cup of tea.The meals are nice, possibly a little too try hard to be trendy. portions are tiny, so a four-course meal for $115.00 is actually the equivalent of a tapas menu. Presented nicely, and tasty enough, with some unique ingredients. The view is great and for visitors to Sydney, it really showcases our beautiful city.

Awesome restaurant. Great experience, the food was delicious and the service faultless. My son chose from the vegan menu and I chose from the regular menu, all our choices were presented beautifully and were utterly delicious. We had a really enjoyable experience, I highly recommend Borrusoâs restaurant

We ordered home delivery 2 pizzas and a salad. The House special was better than average with lots of toppings but the crust(base) was ordinary. The Pesto chicken was terrible!! Plain and boring with no flavour. We only ate half and the rest went in the bin! Which never happens with pizza in this house! For $24 i would expect quality. The salad Greek was fine a bit small, but its hard to make a bad salad. My first experience was not great i will not be rushing back in a hurry.

VIA NAPOLI has long been heralded as a GEM of a destination for those seeking authenticity, excess, festivity and ultimately, fulfilment in Italian dining. This is not just a âPizzeriaâ , but a complete Dining Extravaganza.Who else but this writer would brave the elements of a cold winters night and dine in Al Fresco surroundings â if not for the above. I can tell youâ¦.I was definitely NOT the only one, and we all LOVED it.For the purists, LANE COVE is the genuine site of this burgeoning Brand Name. Only here will you find the hustle, bustle and sheer enthusiasm vibrating from the very walls of this fine establishment. From the warm hugs âHELLOâ to the Photo Bombing Wait-Staff, to the Cocktail making Bar Staff who view their creations like New Born Children â the pace is frenetic ( without ONE sound of something breaking)My first experience with VIA NAPOLI was a Lunchtime jaunt â which left me in a perennial FOOD COMA for the rest of the supposed âWorking Dayâ. I have relived that joyous experience many times now and tonight was no exception.VIA NAPOLI is a restaurant for all Seasons and Occasions. A place that exudes exhuberance and pride through its staff and cuisine. All stand proud of its Italian heritage. And all â like a team of TV Evangelists, seek to convert all who walk thru their doors; and they largely always succeed! There is only ONE WAY TO GO when you Dine. Sit and say to your waiter â DeGustation plsâ¦then leave it to them. You will be treated to a feast with such fanfare that you are compelled to share the experience immediately via your favoured Social Media Forum â if only to make sure you believe it yourself! And the food is SCRUMPCIOUS! (my personal favourite is the Calamari and Mussels)For those celebrating SPECIAL OCCASIONSâ¦..be warned, the staff will leave an indelible mark on the event!!!Ensure you finish with the BOMBA for dessert and a customary LemonCello. There arenât many like VIA NAPOLI â theres no pretentiousness, no frilly forced politeness. Just damn good old fashioned GREAT SERVICEIll be backâ¦but youâve probably guessed that already.p.s: If you dare to allow your waiter to choose your wine for your meal, just know that it will be an EXCELLENT choice accompaniment â just donât look at the bill when youre done ( by then you probably wont give a damn after such a good time anyway)Hi Victor,Wow, that's amazing! Thank you for visiting Via Napoli Pizzeria and sharing such kind words! We always try our best in making you experience the most authentic Neapolitan atmosphere and food. It is so good to hear we could meet your expectation last time at our restaurant. We will keep the good work up! Hope to see you again!Via Napoli Team
