Had a pizza delivered after a long day working and was looking forward to trying a new place. Greek salad - regular sliced olives instead of kalamata, tasteless "feta" cheese and a packet of Ken's Greek dressing. Ordered a loaded pizza because my husband likes them that way - it was soggy and the ingredients were undercooked. I am normally a crust lover ( sometimes I would rather eat a good pizza crust than the pizza itself) and this one was totally without character. $35 dollars wasted. First and last time. Back to my usual local pizza for delivery.

I feel bad giving yâall a poor because the pizza was great! But I just left after a horrible experience. Asked waitress what she reccomends... turkey pesto sandwich or chicken pesto pizza. She said pizza. I said great and ordered water. That was about 11:43am (I texted my mom after I ordered that is how I know time). Other folks came in ordered and got pizzas and Iâm still waiting for my small simple ingredient pizza. She came over after 30 or so min saying Iâm so sorry you havenât gotten your pizza Iâm working on it. 40 min later the seater could tell I was annoyed as I was in front booth. He apologized and went to kitchen then came back saying the waitress was busy and overwhelmed today. Iâm sorry thatâs not a excuse. So many co workers and friends give this place rave reviews. My first experience was horrible!! After 50min I finally got my pizza and engaged it and of course was impatient and burn the top of my mouth. So annoyed on this Saturday! Also had some fruits and veggies from the farmers market and just had them sitting in my bag. If I had known go long I have to wait for a small pizza I would have ordered a sandwich or not even walked In!!

If you're looking for a NYC style pie, this isn't the place. Their cannoli are delicious but their pizza wasn't to size, the dough was a little thick (and, well, doughy), and the sauce was meh. Way better than something like Dominoes or Papa John's, but not as good as an old school pizza parlor.

What to do and see in Apopka, United States: The Best Places and Tips
We've visited this establishment on two separate occasions almost a year apart. The first time it was on a very slow Sunday evening, and last night a busy Saturday evening. I will say without a doubt the food is incredible. Both times my meal were brought out incorrectly but tasted great. The prices are mid range to higher, and the portions, with the exception of mine were generous. Where we go wrong, with each visit is the WORST service we've ever had. Anywhere. The first visit we sat outside and were left sitting there without any acknowledgement for almost 20mins. The bartender ended up taking our party of 6 and tried his best, but even then, saw him rarely and drinks were always needing attention. The second visit we had almost a party of 12. There was a reservation and the time was for 7pm. By 737pm no one but 2 people had had their drinks they ordered shortly after 7pm. The waitress, who clearly struggled, never brought the regular waters and one tea ordered. And not once ever refilled anyone's drinks. We got up and approached the 2 personnel standing around by the bar and expressed she was clearly needing assistance. Drinks were brought out by different servers and refilled by different servers. As the night went on we got up multiple times and asked the bartender, and other servers to assist. Everyone was always polite, however never apologetic. Our bruschetta appetizer came out when dinner was almost over, after reminding the server 3 times it hadn't come; and we were still charged for it. The salads that "came" with the entrees, for $1.50, also came when dinner was almost over and again, only after reminding the server they had not been brought. At one point the manager, or owner came by to check on the table but was very quick to ask and walk away. When it came time to leave, and pay, despite making it clear In the beginning who was on which tab, it took almost 25-30 mins for the server to sort it out. And it was sent back 2x to fix. Amongst the teamwork that attempted to salvage the night, it was only because we kept getting up and explaining things that needed attention. The meal was almost 3 hrs long and we ordered everything shortly after our arrival. I've never seen such a lack in management in such a establishment. The ambience and the food is so great, it's such a shame that the service is what is holding this restaurant back as much as it is. The amount of revenue and possibilities this place could bring to the community is huge but really can barely keep up due to such poor service. Wish we could say we would be back but the amount of time spent watching something derail so badly makes your night out upsetting.

My husband ordered two chicken parmigiana entrees to go.we sat down to eat st home & I opened the container and said why is the spaghetti on top of the chicken? Also, the mozzarella was on top of the spaghetti and none on the chickenThe sauce was awful.,,dark, tasteless and over cooked The chicken was like rubber and tasted like it was deep fried in old oil...very dry and bitterThe spaghetti was a congealed mess with the cheese and it was also mushy not al denteBasically it wS too gross do we threw it out and our money was wasted. Donât go there Iâll never buy anything from them

Eggplant parmigiana was excellent- crispy with a thick sauce and just the right amount of cheese. Garlic knots were good too. The haddock fish platter was nicely seasoned and plentiful with several side items. The atmosphere was okay for a casual dinner.

Three of us had an excellent lunch at Caffe Positano. All meals won rave reviews. They started us out with fresh from the oven bread! I had the chicken marsala. I highly recommend that dish. Large portions. Fresh food.By all means...GO!
