To all of us at Homestead. food means family. It is this idea that Chef Jeremy feels so strongly about building and sharing. Food brings all of us together, and what better place than New England to grow up? The history, the food, the building block of th
My friend and I dined here in early April. They have many choices of food and small plates that you can share. Everything that we tried was scrumptious. Our waiter was the best.

We were busy so we ordered a pizza that we picked up. We did 1/2 onions and 1/2 pepperoni. Delicious, juicy sauce. I highly recommend ordering by phone as the place was mobbed with 30 -40 very loud people waiting to place their orders.

Never boring--great range of choices with creative tasty new specials every day--the ones that work turn up regularly. Once you know the ordering and seating routine it works just fine. And the folks who take your orders and warm the slices are fast, cheerful, and patient when you get stuck trying to decide. When they hire they must look for upbeat people who can deal with everyone. Other down town pizza places have come and gone--even right next to them--but this one always draws the local business.

Wonderful food and great service. Even though they were very busy with 2 large parties we, a party of four, were well taken care of. I had the Crazy Alfredo which was excellent Others in our group had the eggplant Parmesan and the Veal Parmesan which were also done perfectly We will definitely be back .

My wife and I ate outside amid mostly empty tables. Service was unpleasantly slow even with few patrons inside. The duck olive bruschetta was overpowered by the olive tamponade, no chance for the duck or citrus to come through. My basil rhubarb salad was a failure, but by its extreme tartness and by the essentially raw large rhubarb chunks. The entree was the pasta special, tough overcooked chicken with a wide noodle that was overall bland. Even salt didn't help bring any flavor. Dining experience was disappointing for all 3 dishes, unambitious service, and a stiff price. Not recommended.

Great pizza by the slice or pie. Ingredients are fresh. Super casual with limited seating, but great for a quick meal on the go.
