the variety of food Scala provides is plentiful to an extent that it got me and my friends confused what to order. Shout out to the owner, the proportions of the meal are reasonable the food quality is beyond excellent! the unique selling point is it delivers food, as well as the location is suitable. what caught my attention the most is the area provided and the design; the space provided there is big and there is outdoor seating place too! how can it get better than that, relaxing in the morning enjoying your breakfast under the sun or even having sitting there to study, it just cant get even better! let me tell you ladies and men the service there is superior. You wont have to wait for hours till you get your order. one last thing to mention is the cleanliness is great and the staff is super friendly. they'll welcome you kindly and are always there to help you out picking your food if asked too. Ate here twice and had indifferent food and slow/ indifferent service both times. One time there was one other table occupied, one time I was the only diner - so how come the waitress and the kitchen couldn't provide better service? Not impressed.

The pasta is good and the Pizzatos are delicious, they are potato topped with pizza ingredients like cheese, peppers and sausage. I recommend the Sudouk Pizzato.The price is good and the staff is friendly and attentive.The place is small but cute with a nice decoration and clean.The location is good but they are on a first floor, I think there is no wheelchair access.They don't have internet.

I was there for a dinner out and we thought of trying this Italian restaurant.To start with two major items were out from the menu. No veal. I had the octopus with calamari as antipasti. It was terrible, the octopus was very tough and burnt. There was no calamari with it as it says in the menu. We ordered a bottle of wine and it was brought opened saying that it was just opened!!!!!The people were extremely polite and nice But the food is not that of 5 star.A complement of the chef was a very nice ice cream with turkish HALAWA.It could have been much better for the standard and for the price

Needed a decent meal and couldn't read any of the menus in the local places. Went here for some comfort food. It was no comfort. More like a thick bread pie with a bit of topping. Not impressed.

This is the place for desserts in Alex!! Love the way they are presented and taste. Customer service is always good too and always willing to help. Kids love eating here with the wide range of choice. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

Iâve had a wonderful time over there. Probably the best italian restaurant in Alexandria. Food is excellent, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Big thanks to Mohamed Elsayed and Mayar for the good service. Iâll definitely go there again.
