Zena is the best place in town to taste authentic and traditional italian food.
I came alone and ate a pizza. The pizza was very delicious, very thin which i liked a lot. The service was also great and the view at sunset is amazing

We had a great experience here during our stay in Playa Paraiso. Superb Italian food cooked by a chef who is extremely passionate and takes a lot of pride in cooking the best food possible for his customers. On arrival we received a warm greeting and within minutes of sitting down the chef came out and spoke to us which was a lovely touch! He talked us through his list of specials and was extremely open to creating off menu dishes if that was what we wanted! All our dishes were beautifully cooked, extremely tasty and pure hearty Italian dishes - I had the best seafood pasta that I've ever had at this restaurant! The food was very reasonably priced too. Also, the restaurant looks beautiful at night, with candles/lights on the tables and on the walkway, there's a lovely ambience and it made for a lovely eating experience. My only criticism is that for one of our dishes we asked for penne pasta and instead was served spaghetti but nonetheless the dish was still well enjoyed! I took some photos of our food but it really does not do the food justice - I highly recommend that you go and visit for yourselves! Unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity to return during our stay but if we come back to Adeje in the next few years this will be one of the first restaurants we visit. It is the hidden gem of Playa Paraiso - Grazie mille!

Welcome to Ted Ristobar! ⢠Family running restaurant ⢠Made in Italy products ⢠Based in Tenerife. We serve: ~ Homemade Pasta ~ Seafood ~ Steakhouse ~ Italian Specialities And much more! We canât wait to have you in our restaurant! David, Tania, Marco & S
Visited Ted Ristobar last week. We got there early, just before 7pm and we were the only customers at that time. As a party of 3 we ordered some starters to share and then a main course each. The Bruschetta for starters was a bit bland if I'm honest but the Mozzerella with Serrano was very tasty. It was disappointing that we had to ask for oil/vinegar and condiments rather than have them automatically brought with the starter, it was clear that we would need/want them. For main course i ordered the Tagliatelle Marinara which I have to say was absolutely fantastic. Lots of seafood and a nice light sauce. Very tasty indeed. I would definitely return here just to have this dish again. The others dishes, were good, with the Salmon Gnocchi being the least enjoyable. The house wine was very reasonably priced and enjoyable. The service was very lax which was a disappointment. The young lady who was attending to us seemed more interested in chatting to the chef rather than looking after our needs. Example we asked for Parmesan but it never arrived, I can understand this if they had been busy but not when they were so quiet. In all, I would certainly visit again in the hope that the service can live up to the great quality of the main course i had. They do not serve pizza, which for an Italian seems a little strange.......

Bar Cafeteria Restaurant with Tapas of typical Spanish dishes, Italian specialties and international cuisine. Cafeteria with Italian and English breakfast aperitifs, happy hour, cocktails with panoramic sea view with unforgettable sunsets comfortably seat
Came here last night with my fiancé for dinner. Tried to make a reservation a couple of weeks ago but got no response. Turned up anyway and the waiter managed to find us a table, the restaurant was very busy! We waited 30 minutes for our drinks, the waiters were very busy, working very hard but clearly understaffed. The food we had was great (muscles, bruschetta and paella) just a shame about the service (not the waiters fault.)

Whenever we return to Tenerife we always call into The Smart Bakery where Mateo and Franki give us a great welcome back. A small operation but with excellent food and drinks at truly economic prices. Many choices of coffee and daily cakes selection as well as offering a choice of breakfast and lunch menus.Well worth a visit on the one way road alongside the Iberostar Bouganville Playa Hotel.

We would like to inform our customers that El Makami will be closed for holiday from the 24 september till the 2nd of October! See you on the 3rd!
Finally an authentic tapas restaurant! This restaurant is quite small so recommend dropping in to reserve a table - we were given a table 30 mins after arriving without booking the staff were excellent - there are loads of bars around so we just popped in for a drink while we waited. The tapas didnât all come out at once which was great so we could pace ourselves as we ordered a lot of food! Chopitos, garlic mushrooms and croquettes were our favourites. The mini hamburgers were also delightful! One of our party didnt fancy tapas so ordered pizza which was the other menu option and it was also delicious. Definitely worth the visit. Thank you very much for your review!!!

Not up to usual standard. Nice position and funny service but main courses very bland and lasagne was dry and overcooked at bottom. Pretty disappointing meal and menu selection now very limited.

Italian restaurant, with Tuscan cuisine, with wine cellar imported directly from Italy. We are a family of restaurateurs from Montecatini, we wanted to bring our cuisine to the island together with our passion for food. Of course we also have imported Ita
We were blown away by the quality of the food, interesting flavours and friendly service. The menu was (reassuringly) short and full of homemade pastas,Tuscan meat and fish dishes. We tried a risotto, gnocchi, tagliata and a pasta with ostopus and burrata accompanied by a lovely glass of Pinot Grigio recommended by our charming waiter. Each dish tasted sublime. Honestly one of the best Italian restaurants we have ever visited. This place has only been open a few months and thoroughly deserves it's 5 star rating. Bravi

Had a great greeting from the host who explained their background and the menu and that it was a family run place and all freshly prepared. We had some great fresh pasta, nice and simple and well cooked. I loved the bruschetta and my son had to have an extra serving of the bolognese after trying his sisters!! The kinder bueno pancakes were nice too as a sweet treat afterwards. This is a lovely place for a bit and I liked its genuine food and hospitality.Thank you for your visit family!!! We are happy for your review and for our good job! I will wait you again! :)
