No doubting the fish and chips, they were great, no queues, not busy but with 8 staff practically on each other I was served by very inexperienced person, who dawled with the food, he was engrossed in a chat with another staff member on a local gaa event, asked me at least 5 times if I wanted salt and vinegar, not listening, I then operated the credit card machine in the absence of him being able to, a manager on site may prevent this poor service

An Irish bar with unique features, bringing you back in time to the way life was.
Not often you get a waitress saying when I could not decide which starter to select. Who the "F" wants onion soup. Throughout the time she was serving us it was not the usual service. She kept us amused and visited regularly. By the way the food was also good.

I have been coming to the Olive Cafe for a long time with my family and friends and i have always left satisfied. The staff are very welcoming and will accommodate any special requests for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My go to is the pancakes which on request can be served all day and are cooked to perfection every time. I go flipping mad for them! (Excuse the pun) Best in Tramore by a mile!

Last Sunday was not my first visit here. Probably my 4th. Food is fresh and tasty. Their prawn starter is so yum. The beef was tender. Veg was freshAnd the bold bits, nice glass of wine very nice slice of chocolate cake. Top it off with very friendly staff, the owner always has a hello for every one which I think is often forgotten but very important and there is anothr lady "always" working there who is worth her weight in gold. She gets to every table.. somehow. And all the locals give her a hug showing how popular she is. We had a young guy serve us and I think she is teaching him as he was very polite and knew his job. We will be back again no doubt. Keep up the good work
