This is the place to go in Saratoga Springs for a good (huge!) burger and cold beer. I like the IPA ales.....Obviously popular with the locals.Hint; there is a 2 story free parking garage right next door; we didn't have trouble finding parking on 2 different evenings.

This restaurant is a beautiful historic building with a lot of charm and character from the wide wooden plank floors that are uneven to the quaint rooms with fireplaces. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. I would definitely come back here again.

Tavern fare with flair. Matt & Stephanie Finnigan have brought this landmark pub back with a new shine. New kitchen, new menu, new attitude!!
Stopped in after riding the local bike path. Thought it would be quick, easy and good food. It was all that. Companion had fried fish sandwich and I had marinated chicken sandwich with cheese, roasted peppers and mushrooms. The fish sandwich was pronounced very good and the accompanying fries excellent. A side of very nice macaroni salad was also presented with a bit too much mayo for each or our tastes. My chicken sandwich was very good although it was a bit tough instead of the tender breast meat I expect. It was accompanied by excellent home made potato chips and a small bowl of macaroni salad. We liked this place. The service was efficient, quick and unobtrusive. I would try again and order something else next time.
