First time in Gibneys after many visits to Malahide. Good atmosphere and we really enjoyed the food. My wife said the steak was some of the best that she had ever had when eating out.

Duffy's Pub, serving good quality food at affordable prices. Live bands perform every week end.
This is a nice stop on our way back from Malahide Castle. Iâm having an Irish Coffee and my husband is having a Coke Zero. He doesnât drink. The Irish coffee is the best Iâve ever had. They do serve food here but we are not having dinner just yet. Itâs a very efficient pub. We are with a large group and nearly no waiting. Thank you for taking the time to post your comments. We really appreciate it. Hope to see you again.

Waitresses were disinterested and subpar. Left empty plates and glasses on tables until customers were forced to bring it to their attention. Usual Irish expected social graces dearly lacking. Forgivableif remainder of service was ok. Table next to us asked one waitresses how long thw hake would take, she said she'd go ask the chef. 10 mins later different waitress returns to ask if they're ready to order. He is baffled and asks again how long hake will take and what happened to previous request for this. Zero apology given. Food nice though, singular decent blonde waitress was also great. I could go on about the others...

We dropped in for an early dinner on a Saturday in mid-May. The staff were very nice, but not very attentive, the restaurant was busy with families at the time we entered. I ordered a glass of prosecco and we ordered the potatoe skins to start and my partner ordered the beef burger and I had Jumbo Prawn's pil pil. The food was nice but average and I thought it was overpriced the burger was â¬15:50, the prawns were â¬17, which was overpriced for a few prawns I received. I think these are city prices jumping on the Malahide location price wagon. I don't think we'll be back as there are nicer restaurants in Malahide to choose from.

The small cozy restaurant is in the heart of Malahide. The main difference from the most restaurants in Ireland there are no main size dishes. All dishes are a bit smaller but the price is significantly cheaper. Food is delicious and service is great. Highly recommend.
