After our experience last night, we were not excited about dining out, though necessary when traveling. Today we were quite fortunate; Leah waited on us at Jamieson's Irish Pub; the Pub fit our need for good food, good atmosphere, and Leah provided great service - if excellent is better than great, then her attention was excellent. I had the fish tacos with a fine pilsner. My husband had the lamb shanks with a glass of house red and a salad. We were both satisfied. To top the meal off, I ordered the bread pudding - a bread pudding to put others to shame. It was the perfect texture, the perfect taste, and topped with generous whipped cream, Irish cream, and a berry coulis. It is the best bread pudding I've ever had. We left satisfied in body and spirit. Thanks Leah. Thanks so much for your review!Your reviews and feed back make my job so much more enjoyable:) looking forward to your next visit!

I really cannot give this place much of anything. If you are into a bar with a âfrat houseâ atmosphere and no interest in keeping the place clean (especially the overflowing toilets in the washroom) then this can be yours and yours alone. We sat down and within a few minutes we knew if wasnât for us and we left without ordering. This was a Sunday afternoon after a Mooseheads game.Hello Paul,Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Cleanliness and standards of operations are taken very seriously here at Durty Nelly's. The atmosphere is always lively and good at Finbars. The selection of local craft and international draft is excellent. The food was well presented but slightly overcooked i.e. the fish was dry. The use of spices was very good. The waiter was excellent and very attentive.Thank you Thomas! We'll keep an eye on that fish!

We went on a Friday night, it appeared busy but there was no wait, although they cleaned our table after seating us. It took a long time just to place our orders, and a long time to get the food. Waitress was nice, but inattentive. My husband ordered scallops and pasta, and it was not hot, the scallops were under-done. The chicken sesame seed salad I had was pretty good.
