Confusing listing as it appears there is a pub in a village near Enniscorthy with similar name. This is a review of the place on market square. Was the festival weekend and so place was busy. Friendly staff and they are very good with kids, had breakfast only and food reasonably good. The ingredients used were not best quality, the toast had merely been waved in the direction of heat so pasty was the attempt. The filter coffee had the colour of coffee but there the resemblance ended. Overall average food but good service and attention.

I had breakfast here today and The Wilds is a fantastic cafe. The food is excellent and is well sourced. The service is very good albeit a little slow but I guess thatâs because the food is being freshly cooked. While a little pricey the extra charges for local produce is worth it.

Stopped in here recently to grab first half Ireland game. Good buzz about the place early in the am. Service quite friendly, very nice coffee. We went for the egg/avocado and the veggie breakfast. Food was average though and whilst veggie breakfast was plentiful on the plate certain elements were below par. Veggie sausages were grey which is not the most appetising of colours. Fried potatoes were undercooked and need more oil. Generally should have beans with a fry as too dry otherwise. The hollandaise on the eggs dish was not right and the avacado over ripe. The restaurant is really well appointed and comfortable. There is tap water/Ice on the bar and free newspapers which is a big plus in my book but the food needs some more TLC. Has potential to be an excellent place if it tweaks a few things.

Dropped in here after visiting the castle for a quick bite. Ordered tea for 2, Ham,cheese & onion sandwiches and 2 scones. Everything was perfect and the fruit scones the best i have had for awhile. Staff very chatty and had a word with everyone. Would certainly return if in Enniscorthy.
