Fantastic meal last evening with our family. Fantastic. The restaurant was busy but the service was nevertheless attentive and excellent. As usual the food was top. The âlittle Perche du Lacâ were particularly good. Overall, a fantastic fantastic meal and evening.

One of the best burgers I have ever eaten. Big piece of nice ground beef carefully cooked to right point, accompanied by great sauce and savoury melted cheese, all into a crusty bun. Try the Savoyard, with special sauces. The burger comes with a big portion of fries, plus salad and cooked legumes.

Sitting nicely on the village edge the Auberge looks over the Chateau Vineyards.I can imagine in summer the terrace area would be packed as you couldn't find a better vista.The service was exceptional & the fixed menus whilst expensive were beautiful.For starter we had lasagne with a lobster bisque sauce ( with generous pieces of lobster) followed by the classic of 'Filet de Perche). The actual perch were some of the best we have had..... golden brown & larger than normal.Finally a Creme Brulee which I must say tasted like a real English custard !!! Bravo.
